''  I searched with the windows tool to search for the file and I can find it on a search list, but it has no path of file so that I can see exactly where it is.  If I left click on the icon that appears in the search, he takes me to the email in Outlook.  If I right click to get a window with options like delete, there is no popup window.

  I'm sorry to hear that you are away from your contacts after update your iPhone to iOS 9.3.4.  Since you do not use iCloud and instead to synchronize your PC with iTunes, you did a backup of your iPhone before updating?  If so, you can restore your iPhone using iTunes:

  WIndows mail is only under Vista. And Windows live, you need to install first. Windows 7 does not come with an email program.

  You cannot use Outlook express in windows 7. And I don't think you can transfer Outlook itself overall. You need to reinstall CD. But you should be able to export the emails and contacts from the old Outlook and import them into Outlook. Once that reinstall you on Windows 7

  Have you used Windows Easy Transfer to transfer your data?
