  I could not find this model number on the Toshiba site, so I suggest that you look at this page as a place to start your search: http://support.toshiba.com/drivers .   Guides are your friends, depending on whether you want to continue A) the shape of the path (so far) last anchor Point or B) create a new path starting with an internal Anchor Point with the pen tool:

  (A) right click/ClickDrag on/off the last anchor Point;

  (B) click anywhere near the internal Anchor Point, press space, and move the point on the path ( pathcommented for example) until you're here

  (Smart Guides say anchor), and then drag the handles, as appropriate.

  After that, you can continue as ususal.
