I need to store such user information in any place (ManagedBean / or any other better place to store) that I can use at my request along, because I won't run again whenever the webservice to get the same information from the user. Also, I want to collect and store this information while I give back to the homepage, not after any action of the user.

  I see.  This is the alignment page.  Normally, if you follow the steps to complete the alignment it will stop printing.  You should have to do is place the paper backwards on the glass (make sure it is aligned to the right) and press the scan button.  The power LED flashes until he did so by lining up.  This should stop the print page each time you turn on the printer.  Let me know what happens.
