Personally, I use a computer to work, not to be entertained, as the majority of porn watching freaks of nature on this thing. It should just be something that you can turn off easily. Sorry to be so angry, but I thought that maybe I could get used to it, and it's frankly just one of the more nauseating functions on any piece of software I've ever met. Thank you!

  the fastest way to stop hot keys is to remove the Hotkey Services in the Windows startup process.

  Launch msconfig, look at "Startup" and search for "00Thotkey" and "000StTHK".

Just make sure that you have disabled (i.e. to have access to the Internet) before uninstalling. It does nothing with the wifi.
