  I think the method you mentioned is how you need to do.  In iTunes to sync iPod movies, you configure settings from iPod movies screen (to select the movies you want to synchronize).  Settings of the iPod screen photos is for photos (image files).  Movies do not appear on the screen of the parameters of the iPod movies , unless they are in your library of movies to iTunes.

I recently bought a house in an area that is only served by wave broadband. In order to always keep my Comcast e-mail address, I asked someone else to host my old comcast email address. Comcast has interrupted my service, but I can still NMCS and receive e-mail via Comcast.net web mail portal and can also send and receive emails from comcast via my HTC Evo Shift 4 G but now... I can only RECEIVE but not send emails from Comcast on my Windows mail. None of these locations have changed, but I tried to use the another 587 instead of 25 for outgoing mail server port, but this is not enough. Is there something else that keeps me emails from sneding with my comcast e-mail address?

  Unlike Windows XP, Windows 7 does not include a default email Client.

  You will need to install the Windows Live Mail client or Microsoft Outlook and set it as your default for mail in CUSTOM (<>) article in Set Program Access and defaults of the computer , then restart your computer before any function send to or MailTo will become available.

  The items removed from your computer folder is under your control.  You can remove yourself if you want, but they are now independent of the server.  That's if you are referring to a POP3 account.  Unfortunately, I'm not experienced with IMAP accounts and so if this refers to such, I can't help more.  But if its POP3, what will happen is you will continue to download the messages to the phone and the computer, and then when the computer sees all messages on the server are more than 5 days, then it will tell the server to remove these messages from the server.  But the messages will remain on your computer and phone, unless you delete them.
