  You can do in ESX configuration.

  Select ESX / Configuration / VM StartupShutodown

  Activate (default is disable) and select the boot order.

  I also suggest to stop the comments on the same menu.

  It is not recommended to install antivirus on Mac applications unless you want a computer unstable and crashing. OS X is extremely secure and must be kept up-to-date to stay.   Please check this forum using the advanced search option. You will find hundreds of discussions where you can read how to install Windows XP Home edition on the newer model laptop.

  BTW: create recovery DVDs before you begin to install own OS.
