Assignment of a license of creative cloud to an end-user License Manager?

I waited to stick for 2 hours with service to the customer and have not yet find someone to pick up.  I bought and received a license for creative cloud but cannot assign the license to the end user.  We have hundreds of permit so I can't download it simply.  There is no way to filter by license # or date of purchase from anywhere in the License Manager.  Help, please!  It is for the CEO of my company and is urgently needed.

    So, any help would be appreciated. I don't want to pay in perpetuity for creative cloud when all I want to do is read a PDF file.

  • Impossible to download creative cloud, acrobat pro or Adobe Application Manager

    I bought adobe pro and click Download. It saves the file on my computer, but when I click Run, it stops downloading when it is over 75%. It tells me to download Adobe Application Manager. I click on the link and it's downloaded the creative cloud. When creative cloud is almost done signature, it indicates there is an error and I need to download the application support. I click on this link and it tells me that the aid application is no longer available. A circle without end with no luck. Removed the firewall, tried to open different browsers. It's for my laptop with Windows 8.1 running on 64-bit operating system. All the tips in order to get my download as I bought a few days ago and really need it to work.

    Typical things to look at include:

    Permissions for the area you download

    The proxy configuration (outside your environment proxy test would confirm this)

    Proxy in Adobe Creative products Cloud support

    Path length

    If you have administrator rights and save your local HD (not a removable drive or a server), then it is recommended.

    Also check that the downloads are not being blocked on a level of the firewall: network endpoints.

    Otherwise, I would like to get the logs and prosecute with our team for assistance, either through your business dashboard or Contact Customer Service

    I am a technical expert for a company. We use Astaro (now Sophos) as our proxy device. We use Active Directory-based authentication to provide access to our customers.

    I am currently building a SOE for our Mac workstations. It is based on Mac OS X 10.8.4 and uses deployment studio to install. We used the creative cloud Packer to build an installer which contains all the modules of the suite Creative Cloud. The entire suite is installed, but I have to be able to connect to the activation via the proxy servers to complete the installation after the deployment of the SOE.

    When I run the installer of creative cloud, I am invited credentials, even if the credentials are stored in the keychain of the user. When I followed the activity of proxy log, I don't see these credentials being passed on to the proxy. I can see queries generated, but the user is "" or null.

    What authentication methods are supported by the application of creative cloud regarding proxies? Are there logs available to narrow down the problem?

    The other thing I have noticed, is the creative cloud does not honor sites in the proxy bypass list. For example if I have 192.150.3.51 in the proxy bypass list under 'System Preferences', 'Network', 'Advanced', 'Proxies', and I'm trying to log in to the creative cloud, I still have requests on this IP address in the proxy log.

    Is there a configuration file separate for the proxy for creative cloud settings?

    I also want to pass on that cost to me (and my company) so far on the 4 days of the time so far in order to diagnose and resolve. We never had these problems with are previous Adobe Volume licensing agreement and CS6 product family. Our support technicians have admitted that they violate company policy whenever a new mac is deployed just to be able to get installed CC bypassing security measures and by directly connecting the mac to the internet because they found that the only reliable method to complete the installation procedure.

    This isn't an acceptable solution - moving toward a SOE reusable won't make this problem worse than our macs will periodically get fitness image which means that we have to reactivate creative cloud again to our users again have access to their tools and their tasks.

    I don't think that our infrastructure is very different from any other company out there (for example Internet access only via the user authenticated) so I don't know why it did not had been supported out of the box.

    I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

    Creative application Cloud Desktop and PAC does not currently provide direct support for a proxy. We expect that the feature will be available with the version 1.3 of CCP, which should be out soon.     If you have a perpetual license for the software then Creative Cloud Desktop App settle only updates software perpetual ogical not the cloud people. All upates in the future will be get installed by using Creative Cloud Desktop Apps.

  • Why do I get trial versions when I am a subscriber of creative cloud?

    I recently bought a creative cloud membership and installed the Application Manager on a computer. I downloaded all the applications without problem and they work fine. However, when I try to do the same thing on a second computer all it allows is the trial version of the software and whenever I open one he wants me to buy or with a license number. How can I fix it so I have my apps available on the second computer creative cloud as well?

    If you use a Windows Machine please try these steps

    1 open run and type drivers and enter.

    2 find the folder etc.

    3 internal folder etc. you will get hosts file please open it in Notepad. If you find all the entries to follow this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034 to fix the hosts files.

    Restart the computer to complete the fix.

    Try to install the software. It should work fine.

    For Mac

    1. click on OK

    2. go in the file-type/etc

    3. open the hosts file and if the entries are there, then delete all entries that said Adobe inside and then save it.

    4. try to install the software again and it should work.

    If you are not able to save the Hosts file, after you make the changes make a copy of the file hosts on the desktop and then make the necessary changes and replace it with the file etc. You will be asked to authenticate and click on replace to complete.

  • Problem with the updates and creative cloud

    I have recently moved from perpetual LR to the LRCC.  To do this, I downloaded and installed the program "creative cloud."  I also downloaded and installed the Psalm I find I have the latest version of LR, but PS 2015.1.2.   I have read many power outages of Adobe FAQ etc, but still problems.  On the one hand, my request for clouds to create does not say "Creative cloud", it's called "Adobe Application Manager."  Even when I redownloaded the creative cloud program, I get the same result.  Many troubleshooting FAQ have to do with the feature on the 'Creative cloud' application, I can't make them on "Adobe Application Manager."  No matter what I do, in the Adobe Application Manager or a manual "Check for Update" in Photoshop CC, it tells me that I am aware of nothing else available.  Yet he clearly also tells me I have 2015.1.2.   I tried signing and return several times.  So my questions: 1) is equivalent to Adobe Application Manager creative Cloud / if not, how can I get Creative Cloud.  (2) how to upgrade my programs?  I know that these are the basis and I searched the FAQ and troubleshooting files without result.  Thanks in advance.

    • Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
    • Disable the firewall on your machine.
    • Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)

    These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.

    (1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

    Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

    (2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)

    I have a PC with Windows 7 Pro. 8 GB of ram, to open space and Norton 360 installed and LR and PS

    I had installed creative cloud and he refused to be updated.
