  Thank you very much. I got on the question and my printer works perfectly. Your comment encouraged me to go further by performing for the solution sites from the center of the HP wireless printer and finally I found the solution. For the benefit of third parties. I uninstalled the software from my computer and started again.  I then followed the procedure listed in the HP Center /HP wireless wireless direct print page.

• LaserJet Pro M127fn MFP: HP Laserjet MFP127fn print problems

  Hi all would appreciate any help on this problem of pinting. This MFP M127fn uses the HP CF283A cartridge.  Electrical level shows approximately 10% consumption. The problem may be best described by looking at a picture attached, which shows a Word document with two white vertical columns in the Middle - the lines that make up the table should continue in these columns. I removed the cartridge and given him a jerk, but that has not solved the problem. More tips or advice on the resolution of this problem would be welcome. Thank you very much.

• LaserJet pro color mfp m177 do not print in color on a machine Windows 8.1

  I can print, but not in color.  Dell XPS 27, Windows 8.1.   Have re-installed and uninstalled the printer.  No change.  I can take the document to a computer of W7 and it prints beautifully in color.  Husband PC, also XPS 27 with W8.1, print in color.   Printer is connected wireless to the network.   The computers are connected to the same network.

  Results are the same when you print the word or directly from a web page using the print icon on the page.  I checked the settings, etc.

  I recently bought a new printer and decided to go for the color option. I am wanting to set up so it appears only in black because I only print in color occasionally! I've changed all the settings that I can see and put them in black and white, but always through a program called bistrack, which he still print in color! I've even increased the low threshold of are color cartridges and said to the printer to print in black when the threshold is reached... but still, it prints in color through a program.

  I understand that you have problems with printing in black only from your printer Laserjet M177fw range when you use Bistrack. The printer works properly black from other programs, the problem is with Bistrack. I suggest you contact their support solve your problem.

  Either way, I'll mention that the printer still uses a little color when printing in black as a base to give your impressions the sharp looking you would expect from a Laserjet. If the printer gives you a warning that you are very low on a color toner, replace it. This time will keep your bright impressions and will prevent the printer to get damaged.

• LJ Pro M1536dnf MFP: is more duplex

  My LaserJet Pro M1536dnf MFP stopped automatic duplex printing. Once I choose duplex printing and rather fo print on both sides of the paper, the document was printed recto with each page on a sheet of paper. I tested and it will do is more duplex copy either.

  I didn't hear unusual noises or get the error codes.

  Any ideas?  Others have the same problem. Other that this question is a great printer, especially for the price.

  This printer is a replacement guarantee for one who stopped duplexing while in warranty period. The first unit duplex copies always worked.

  You can go only with firmware updates. You can rerun the update of the firmware, but probably it will show that it is already updated. I tried the same exact setting, that you used in the laboratory for the Laserjet M1536 and he did the double-faced properly document. It looks like a hardware problem with the device.   I'm afraid that this is not something that you can fix it if it is off. If the steps outlined in the document below did not help, then the best thing to do is to contact HP support to see if they can fix it and how much it would cost.

  I would say for updating the firmware of the printer.

• OfficeJet Pro x476dn MFP: paper jam not clearing of documents automatic feeding

  Hi all

  I have an Officejet Pro x476dn MFP, which has an automatic paper feed paper jam. The paper is cleared, but the charger always record a jam. I followed the instructions on the printer and in the downloaded user manual from HP.com. I have also checked the sensor flag hangs freely and blew out with a can of airto feeder remove any accumulation of dust or particles of paper. I even half loaded a sheet of tissue paper on the larger particles that may stick. I also checked all other jam points have been cleared.

  The exact error I get is "paper (title)... jam. The original is stuck in the autoloader of Document (CAD). ' Open the ADF cover, remove and reload the original and then try again.  This printer is less than a year and I come to you for more information before you contact HP. I still can not print, but can not scan or copy (cannot return to the home screen). If you need made more information let me know.

  My LaserJet Pro M125nw MFP is on Wi - Fi to a wireless router and its normal IP address it is 10.0.0.5. It is the address of the port in devices and printers, and (sometimes) shows as such on the screen of the printer.

  However, he has the bad habit of defaulting to an external address 169.254... or an IP address appears do not at all. Why would he do that?

  As far as I can I disabled Services Web HP Direct, AirPrint, HP Smart Install wireless.

  To connect from a browser, I have to use whatever address IP currently displayed on the printer. There no port for 169.254...). If I have something to print when the printer is Initialising after market then send the 10.0.0.5 will show.

  I suggest you set a static IP address in the printer out of the router's DHCP range. Move the printer away the wireless router.
