When start the netbook win. There is only the error again.

I installed Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6.3 recently on my system and after installation, when I'm trying to connect the generator of workflow (using the name of this particular instance database username/password), it throws me the following error message:

220: cannot set NLS_LANGUAGE.
210: oracle error: ORA-01403: no data found
. SQL text: SELECT FROM WF_LANGUAGES WHERE NLS_LANGUAGE: l IN (NLS_LANGUAGE, CODE)

In previous discussions when I searched for the same problem, I found that if
Select the value from v$ nls_parameters
where parameter = "NLS_CHARACTERSET";
Returns the value of other WE8ISO8859P1 then, then that is what I should change my Builder NLS_LANG entry - i.e. AMERICAN_AMERICA. < character set >.

But I don't get where should I change the NLS_LANG, located where... a file any? I'm new to workflow.
Please help me. I tried a lot of things. Any help will be much appreciated.

1. Select Start - Control Panel - System

2. Select Environment 

3. Set NLS_LANG parameter to AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8.

HP Mini 210-4000 blue screen of death PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Error

I've been up and down the Forums here with no specific luck, unfortunately, so I'll ask even if this has been asked and solved in another part of the site that I may have missed.

I'm trying to untangle HP Mini Notebook a friend, model HP Mini 210-4125sa. The machine starts well enough until last week, when it was suddenly decided to blue screen.

The text of the error message displayed in the BSOD reads as follows:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

I can't start after loading Windows 7 - the load bar screen makes two fifths upwards and that's all.

I had thought to try to recover the operating system, if possible, of what is apparently a recovery partition that is created on the hard drive (I have not worked with these machines before, unfortunately), but I can't figure out how to get to that partition before the typing error.

In addition, after trying to download a piece of software of HP USB recovery Flash Disk Utility, I realize it seems necessary to use it in fact of the computer laptop itself, that is not possible.
Having begun to run various tests on board in the menu of the BIOS, the hard drive Test failed just apparently (more specifically the hard drive part optimized DST test), with ID GGBXXV-66A75U-MFPX0J-61VV03 failure (I don't know if this information is useful but am nevertheless understood). HP Pavilion x 2 Tablet 210: hard reset on my laptop, error and now my phone is in a constant reboot State.

My laptop is running slow so I thought I would do a hard reset because I had not all the important files on this subject. So I reset it and I got a blue screen error, then a screen of the list with a popup box saying there was an error or my computer restarted and I have to press OK to install. I found an online solution to go beyond the popup box, I don't remember what it was, but now my laptop is stuck in a State of constant restarting. It goes like this:
Blue HP logo with loading circle
Black screen,
Blue HP logo,
Installing and configuring Windows install screen that didn't move out of 64%.
And then black screen. This process is repeated constantly.
Help, please.

Welcome to the HP support community! I understand that your PC Pavilion x 2 is stuck in an endless loop, after trying to reset it.

You can start by trying a full reset on the system and testing of hardware failures.

If the system is still stuck in the loop, you may be able to follow the steps to perform a recovery when 10 Windows does not successfully start.

If you do not have a separate for Windows 10 drive, you can create a Microsoft recovery media and attempt to restore the system or start from that instead of the hard drive.

Satellite ct 210 - error Su-0013

I have formatted hdd portable computers and now when im trying to intall windows 95, it is said at the beginning that ive got a scratch disk cache utility, which is not possible cause I have nothing on the hard drive. When I press ESC, it starts the installer, but after eula, it gives me error Su-0013, i.e.:
SU0013

Setup could not create files on your startup drive and cannot install Windows. If you have HPFS or Windows NT file system, you must create an MS-DOS boot partition. If you have LANtastic server or SuperStor compression, disable it before running Setup.

What should I do to get it working?

I get an error message that indicates;

There was a problem starting
c:\users\Budwind\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgroundContainer.dll

The specified module could not be found.

The \BackgroundContainer directory does not exist or the other. I looked on my backup file and it isn't here either. What can I do?

1. Select start > Control Panel > administrative tools.
2. open Task Scheduler and click Task Scheduler Library.
3. look in the list for a topic connects to the BackgroundContainer.
4. If found, right-click on it and select Delete.
5. exit all programs and restart the computer when it is done.

However, just sitting on the phone with a man (I think that somewhere in India) who helped me.

So this is the solution on a MAC!

1. go on the desktop

2. press the Alt/Option key and select GO select libraries

3. Select Applesupport

4. Select Adobe

5. Select AAMUPDATER, you will find one or more folders named as 1.0

6. do NOT remove or deelde file, just rename it to 1.0.old

7. return to creative cloud and start the update of the PS...

8. have a drink to celebrate the succesfull installaties.

I get this error when I try to install the latest updates (CC2015).
I found an old solution (2013), but it did not work for me.
I also tried to re - install Photoshop and Illustrator (initially uninstalled - including the prefs) but that did not help.
I use an iMac OSX Yosemite running.

Even thoug it is in Turkish, - good guide and a fix short. I had this annoying update problem, with update stopped at 52%. Tried everything; reboot, uninstall, reinstall again and again.

But ultimately this has helped.

Hi, just download the most recent update BIOS but there is an error everytime I try to update to come... "uefi bios winflash over 210 ac of 10% battery attached"

Connected AC and battery not charging but tried to leave and remove too. Current bios 1.60
I tried to find a BIOS flash utility but no permits. BIOS default loaded and tried in safe mode too.

Any suggestions?

I think that's the problem because the battery is not completely charged so you can't update the BIOS. Can you charge the battery when the laptop is turned off? I mean you can see the battery LED and if the battery is charged it changes the color of the orange in white or green (it s mentioned in the user manual). Can you confirm this?

On the other side, it would be interesting to know why the BIOS update is important to you. Problems with the computer? If it is not updated the BIOS isn't important, you can forget it. Never touch a running system ;)
