Hello

-PCI-Device
PCI\VEN_10EC & DEV_5229 & SUBSYS_22CD103C & REV_01\4 & 6A2969B & 0 & 0013

Unknown device

I installed sp58720. Or lets say, I tried to. The error message says that the doesn´t system to adapt to these drivers.

OS is W7 Professional 64-bit.
Thanks for the help and have a nice weekend!

Hello:

There is no driver W7 for the ACPI\HPQ6001.  That shouldn't appear in W7.

It is the wireless button and I don't think that the work of drivers W8/8.1 to install it.

Other device drivers you need are:

Networkcontroller:

    5. after sleep / standby wireless works irregularly unless I turn it on / off manually & special keys on the keyboard do not work until I restart.

    6. portable seems overall gloomy. (seems to be however performance tests indicate otherwise). Apps to take longer to open.

So should I go back to earn 8.1 using recovery and wait for more late say 1 year when all bios and driver problems are sorted.

My main problem is the short battery life and the laptop heats up.

    Concerning

    That's what I'd do - return to Win8.1.

I have a laptop HP Dv6 Win7 running and the upgrade of Win10 has been a total disaster.  I restored using Win7 HP recovery media.  I'd rather have a BONE more old where everything works, only a new operating system where things do NOT work.

As to wait a year, the FREE upgrade expires end of August 2016 - so after that, if you still want to upgrade, you will need to purchase a license - and, unlike with previous versions of OS, MS said nothing about the price for upgrade license, or even if such a license will be available then.

  • Blue screen of death now very slow internet

I get a screen blue of death for a few months now, but never really sorted due to other commitiments, and also, it would be just blue screen flash and then restart automatically. I have not configured until recently to disable automatic reboot, but my computer has collapsed recently. I got these codes from the analysis of the recovery. I presume that these are from the blue screen:

Often, I would get these blue screens when browsing the internet, but on occasion that it would take place when I played the games. also, my computer decided to turn every time, which is also a matter of concern. It wasn't until my most recent blue screen that my internet has slowed that crashed. videos loading takes forever and surfing the internet, everything takes more time to load up. I always defrag and have done a disc cleanup and virus scanning, but it says im clean. I do these regurly but my internet is still slow. Please help as it is very annoying. actually just trying to fill this took forever!

  • Some rather illusory BSOD and crashes on windows 7.

So for the past month I have been doing some strange crashes and BSOD that have been in every sense. I've been on Reddit and impossible to get a solution, I have reformatted, which does not set it. I've been on with the technical support of Microsoft support chat and can not get a definitive answer (they spend hours and a symptom of trouble then send me on my way). Accidents and the BSOD happen a crapton all in one day, it's good for several days, then it's a crapton while a new day. I just assumed it was graphics so I uninstalled and reinstalled. No solution. I assumed it was ram, so I change RAM, using just a single chip, get chips on other computers, including the chip switch is in what location, perform a test of memory, no solution.

Apart from just BSOD I have therefore also get those pips weird screen that blur the screen and resemble a classic movie scene where a security monitor is hacked. Or sometimes I can be working away and suddenly the computer starts up without ever giving any warning or anything.

Here are the BSOD logs that I have. He did TONS more than that, but more often it does not really give me a journal later.

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (updating the video/display driver and BIOS)

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded: run DriverView - see

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common. Control Panel device - graphics card configuration-manager - note the brand and complete model of your graphics driver - double-click - tab - write version information. Now, click the driver update (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their own software and drivers and the other main device drivers you have.

Now go to the website of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration), then site of the manufacturer of the device (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Review of the BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system while there).

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

  • Blue screen, but can the safe boot mode

    I get the following error

He then gets to my home screen, just before going to my office and then I get the blue screen:

I am able to boot in safe mode.  I also tried boot of the last good configuration but still knowing the blue screen.

  • Directed broadcasting does not

I am trying to configure broadcasting to another network segment.  He has worked in the past, but since modernize us technologies (from unix to Windows platforms), it does not work.

Basically, I want the UDP traffic on port 3000 which comes from the IP 172.20.1.4/16 to be received by the host 192.168.25.107.  The two are connected directly to a router in 1941.

    Any ideas?

You're definitely on the right track, and most of your config is ok. To support what you are trying to do with directed broadcast, you need three things in your config:

    (1) you need the ip forward-Protocol udp 3000

    (2) you need the IP helper to pass emissions

    (3) you need the ip directed broadcast to allow the transfer of emissions.

The biggest problem is that your support address is on the wrong interface and it specifies the wrong address. Support address is configured on the interface where the emissions will be from. In your case, it would be Gig0/0 and not Gig0/0/0. Support address also specifies when the broadcast would be passed and in your case, that would be 192.168.25.255. If solve you the problem, then directed broadcast should work.

I see you have some ip directed broadcast to the configured Gig0/0. You don't need it there. It does no harm to have it, but it isn't good either. directed broadcast is needed only on interfaces that will receive the directed broadcast and must transfer the package as a local broadcast.

  • Path failure reverse that of NAT

    Hello guys,.

We are having a problem between two ASAs Web VPN. These are two test environments, but we need connectivity between the two to move quantities of lare of data from and to. The ASA at Site 1 (ASA 1) running 8.3 code and the ASA at Site 2 executes code 8.2. The VPN is online, but will not reach the traffic. Site 2 can send but not receive and 1 Site can receive but not send. Errors only I got at site 1 and it's below

Asymmetrical NAT rules matched for flows forward and backward; Connection for icmp src, dst outside: 10.255.1.100 inside: 172.16.1.20 (type 8, code 0) rejected due to the failure of reverse path of NAT

Site 1 is a dish network. There is an ASA used as gateway, but the local network is simply a flat class B subnet. No VLAN additional routing, only switches back to eachother on the same subnet. Tursted network is 172.16.0.0/16

Site 2 is a little more complex. It has a binding to a 6500 Cisco ASA that hosts a FWSM. Networks that have need to talk the VPN is behind the FWSM and is 10.255.1.0/24. I have attached a diagram. The ASA at Site 2 doesn't have a link on the 10.255.1.0, but it has a road to access the network of 10.255.255.x. Currently 2 ASA can see the 10.255.1.0 network with no problems. We need this 10.255.1.0 network to the 172.16.0.0 network via VPN on Site 1.

When traffic comes from site 2 VPN rises with success, but traffic does not reach. I see newspapers FWSM and ASA showing traffic hitting the two, so I'm confident traffic successfully left Site 2. Site is where I get the above error. When I come from the traffic of the Site 1, I don't see anything on the Site 2 ASA or FWSM. This seems to be a problem on Site A ASAbut's NAT configurations you want that I just post let me know.

Thanks in advance to all those who help!

  • Activate the SMTP Services in VPN

    Hello

I have configure ASA to remote VPN users access the Server internal Exchange and synchronization with the e-mail system. And they should be able to access the servers LAN via VPN. Previously, we did set up two servers (10.10.10.170 and 10.10.10.112) for various services. Now, we set up for the remote user VPN access our server Exchange (10.10.10.8), also they can ping. I set it up without SMTP and they can ping each other and when I configured with SMTP they cannot ping also another site also unable to ping. I scored my new Setup with underline color. Any help would be much appreciated. Please have a look my configuration setting.

    Thank you

    Topher

Why you put just let the ACL

inside_nat0_outbound list extended access allowed host ip 10.10.10.8 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0 (newly added this IP Exchange he ping between them)

With this quality of 10.10.10.8 to 192.168.100.0 ACL will NOT be translated. This includes all THE IP (ICMP TCP UDP... etc) with the second line of 10.10.10.8 traffic ONLY 192.168.100.0 on port 25 will be process by not NAT.

The ACL are wrong for several reasons. First of all the Destination port is not 25... It would be the source port if I would like

allow the host 10.10.10.8 eq smtp 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0

    and is NOT

permit tcp host 10.10.10.8 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0 eq smtp

Go aheah and work with ACL... ip host 10.10.10.8 .permit 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0

    Is this a problem?

  • ASA does not propagate any routes for VPN users

    Good afternoon

I m a problem concerning the spread of the roads to authenticated VPN users through the asa tunnel-group.

I have a VPN-users-pool where my users receive their IP address, and after authentication and the tunnel is established the idea is that the user get to the networks defined in the following ACL:

    access-list within the standard allow 10.1.0.0 255.255.0.0

    access-list within the standard allow 192.168.15.0 255.255.224.0

Now, the problem is that, after the tunnel is set up the only way, that the user receives is the default route (which is not supposed to be sent). The user does not receive the roads specified in the ACL list above. It has not received the network mask and assumes one 8 netmask (given that the pool of network from where it receives the IP address is a class A network).

Network routing works as expected (when I add the static routes directly to PC users, everything works OK). It s just the matter of the ASA do not spread the roads as it should.

Here is my split tunneling settings:

    attributes of Group Policy DefaultRAGroup

    VPN-idle-timeout 1

    Protocol-tunnel-VPN l2tp ipsec

    disable the PFS

    Split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified

    Split-tunnel-network-list value inside

    (...)

    attributes of Group Policy DfltGrpPolicy

    Split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified

    Split-tunnel-network-list value inside

    (...)

    Any ideas?

    I have apreciate your help

    Best regards

    Just a question, I see:

    attributes of Group Policy DefaultRAGroup

    Protocol-tunnel-VPN l2tp ipsec

    Split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified

    Split-tunnel-network-list value inside

    internal DefaultRAGroup_1 group strategy

    attributes of Group Policy DefaultRAGroup_1

    Split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified

    It looks like your policy

DefaultRAGroup_1 you set ACLs and the other doesn't seem to be for L2TP/IPSEC. How do you connect to the ASA, using L2TP/IPSEC or Cisco IPSEC client? In addition, if your users are devoted to this group policy:

DefaultRAGroup_1 it looks like the acl is missing for the split tunneling

  • Cisco 877 using draytek 2600 VPN

First I want to apologize for my complete lack of knowledge of cisco, I had the problem of replacing our dumped in my lap draytek routers

    Here's the background

I have a cisco 877 router connected to our adsl broadband to our headquarters. I got this set instead of Nat and DHCP all working for allow multiple users internet access through our unique static ip address provided by the ISP lets say ip 1.2.3.4 address.

Our internal network is 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

I have a draytek vigor 2600 in a branch set up the same thing with a static IP address provided by the ISP allows to say that the investigation period is 5.6.7.8.

The internal network is 192.168.4.0 255.255.255.0

    Here's the problem (except me)

I'm trying to set up a VPN between the head office and branch so that branch office users to connect to our internal server (lets say ip is 192.168.1.2) to receive group policies, access files and also telnet on our database server (lets say ip 192.168.1.3).

I have attached a kind of running the config that I restored the little I've read on this site and others. I tried these settings and other permutations of these settings, but I can't seem to establish a tunnel even if when I show tunnel0 int on the router it says tunnel is up and line protocol is up, if I show ip route shows that there is an ip address for the tunnel and it's all (no vpn indicator light lit).

Could someone please take a look at the file and see if it makes sense and I got the right information. I highlighted the parts, I'm not sure in red (quite a bit and obviously not the exact settings, but I think it should be).

    And

Once all the settings are correct on the cisco it will automatically establish vpn or what I have to deal since the draytek.

    Hello

Can activate you ' debug cry isa ' and ' debug cry ips "and post ehre. Looks like the acl, transform set crypto or pfs settings might be incompatible. Ensure that all parameters of phase 2 are adapted to both ends.

    Kind regards

  • Default gateway of ASA 5520 8.4 (3) tunnel and different subnets

    Hello

I fight on a problem for more than 2 weeks despite various searches.

    We have a Cisco router, then a 8.4 (3) ASA 5520.

The ASA's private interface is connected to a switch and now connected to an interface of the router.

    The private interface is as follows: 129.88.63.253 255.255.248.0 (/ 21) =>

    It's in the 129.88.56.0/21 subnet

Here is the part of the router configuration, that we are interested in:

    !

    interface Vlan32

address IP 129.88.63.254 255.255.248.0 (it's the tunnel default gateway configured on the SAA - 129.88.56.0/21 subnet)

    IP 129.88.71.254 255.255.255.0 secondary

    IP 129.88.75.254 255.255.252.0 secondary

    IP access-group CVPN-since - 129.88.56 in

    IP access-group CVPN-to - out 129.88.56

Check IP unicast accessible source - via rx allow - by default

    no ip redirection

    MLS-rp ip

    !

On the SAA, there is a default route for traffic in tunnel mode:

    private road 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 129.88.63.254 in tunnel

As you can see, it is on the same subnet as the main Vlan32 of interface IP address on the router.

    The scenario is as follows:

-We can connect to the VPN with the appropriate alias (LDAP connection), then we get an IP address in the range (this is a local pool ASA)

    -the pool is: 129.88.71.0/24

    - but, once we are connected, we cannot do anything, because it looks like we have no access to the network

    My thoughts:

For the moment, we give (for the alias/connection profile above based on the LDAP authentication)

an IP address from a local pool of ASA (129.88.71.1 to 129.88.71.253). But this IP address is not on the same subnet as the

    tunnel default gateway (129.88.63.254).

For example, if we give an IP address in the subnet 129.88.56.0/21 everything works perfectly.

However, this IP address is still on the same subnet as one of the secondary IP address of the Vlan32 interface on the router:

    IP 129.88.71.254 255.255.255.0 secondary

The strange problem is that this configuration has worked for a few days until we reboot the ASA, and now it's over.

Currently, the configuration on the SAA is the same before the reboot.

You have any ideas to make this type of configuration really works (multiple subnets but default gateway a single tunnel, which is the only way)

    'access' resources on the network)?

    Given the following...

-We can only set one and only one tunnel gateway

-We are unable to extend the 129.88.63.254 ' 255.255.248.0 "subnet

-the problem is not the ACL (tested with and without and they are OK, they let the traffic of the pools above)

    Thank you!

Here's an idea. If the secondary IP address is configured on the router just to be on the same subnet as the clients, it is not necessary. It is best to simply set a route in the score of the router

129.88.71.0/24 to the private firewall interface (route ip 129.88.71.0 255.255.255.0 129.88.63.253). It's basically the difference between data is sent right to the firewall (good) versus the firewall with proxy-arp answer an arp broadcast (not as good).

May or may not solve the problem, but it's a cleaner configuration.
