HP 630 Notebook PC: HP 630 Notebook PC (model: A7J87UT #ABA)

Hello.

I'm planing to upgrade my laptop from HP 630 (model: A7J87UT #ABA) with a new processor. I was intending to use a Mobile Intel Core i7 - 640 M for a Chipset Mobile Intel HM55 Express. I need to know if this is the highest level (which has integrated graphics). Right now I have a laptop Intel Core i3 - 380 M. If I decide to upgrade my processor, will be my increase fps (frames per second) videos and games?

Will my PC from overheating if this processor is used?

Is there a guide to disassembly and reassembly?

How the difficult is it possible to replace a processor for a laptop?

My biggest concern is after I remove, I'll beable to reassemble the engine without problem.

This video will help a lot:

https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=qZK0ETNWOgw

Unfortunately the only manual posted here is for a more recent version of the 630 that uses processors Intel Core gen 2d so I can't confirm the top of page possible processor.

Manual

As a general rule, the upgrade to a Core i3 to a Core i7 will only increase fps in games a little more. Game depends on the graph, not the processor and graphics card is not extensible. And it's a pretty hard job so I want to be sure that you don't wind up, disappointed by the result.

Here are the specifications of your laptop of HP ENVY 17-3077NR. You receive the error code indicates that your computer's hard drive has failed or is about to fail. To resolve this issue, you must replace the hard drive with a new one that is similar to the original hard drive. It is clear this form, this model uses a single 750GB 2.5 "SATA hard drive.

Once you replace the hard drive, you will need to use your HP recovery disc set staff to return the computer to a factory State. If you don't create these disks, you may order from HP or third-party provider ComputerSurgeons.com. If the figure 25 Windows product key on your computer is still readable, you can download Windows and install it using the product key on your computer.

  • G4-11125dx: USB Driver issues HP Pavilion g4-1125dx Notebook PC model #: LW342UA

    Hello.  I have a:

    HP Pavilion g4-1125dx Notebook PC

    Model #: LW342UA

When it has been upgraded to windows 10 I lost all USB functionality.  The Device Manager uses a driver, but it does not work properly.  "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" and "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller" have the yellow exclaimation points with the USB symbol next to them.  Under properties, it reads:

Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    {Unable to load device driver}
HS device driver could not be loaded.
    Error status is 0 x %x

When I try to roll back the driver nothing is available.  When I try to update, it says I already have the best driver.  I tried the windows update and Easy Driver software but no luck there.

I confirmed that I do infact has power to make ports (USB fan :/) so I don't think that it is a hardware problem, especially since it worked before upgrade.)

I know that its a laptop older, but I upgraded the CPU to a quad core Phenom II N970 and this 'thing' is running if good, I do not give up on it.  Ethernet and wireless are working properly and there is no other troubled hardware issue.

    Thanks in advance,

    Cory

I tried to go back to windows 7, but I've been spending the period from 30.  The laptop is not the recovery disks, or a partition to do.  For the heck of it I advanced and reinstalled windows 10.  Now the USB ports work correctly so I guess it was something that happened during the initial upgrade?  Anyway thanks for your help!

    Hello:

The number of product that you posted indicates that you have this model...

If your model has an Intel processor, then you are on the right page.

The update of the BIOS is for models of the Intel only.

Simple question, I wonder if HP2000 Notebook PC, #E0M17UA #ABA model with an AMD processor is soldered to the card or if it is replaceable and what part number or a catalog can therefore I was use to locate a replacement. the 1.3 ghz processor is not enough for my wife and I would like to replace by 2.3 or something similar.

    Here is the Service Manual:

    Manual

See Pages 16-17. Each different processor option has its own motherboard part number which means that the processor is welded to the card. You will also see in the instructions to replace the fan/radiator. Intel models have socketed CPUs and the AMDs are welded.

You might want to consider an upgrade from 4 to 8 GB or a SSD drive if the better half complains about the laptop is slow. I can't blame him. There are mobile phones with processors better than the E300.

The A6-5200 to 2 ghz is the best motherboard AMD processor for this model. If you can replace the CPU, you could install a different motherboard. It is part number 730573-501. $311 of H.P.:

  • Menu-recovery disks (HP 650 Notebook PC model system)? instructions?

RE: System Model HP 650 Notebook PC

New. Windows 8 is only partially charged. Lost discs. HP sent me recovery disks, but there is no instructions. They are labeled 1 of 3, 2/3, 3/3. Put in disc 1 of 3, but simply a list of files-nothing said or 'start here' 'menu' Tried several times to restart the computer in the hope he would give me an option to boot from the disc, but it starts just normally, without any options on the disc.

    Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    You are the very welcome.

You should be able to get to the different menus (one being to enter the BIOS), turning on the PC, and touch the button ESC at the beginning of the HP welcome screen.

  • HP 15 Notebook - r063tu model: what quality of Flash drive required for creating recovery media for laptop 15 HP (r063tu)?

I want to create a recovery media for my laptop HP 15 (model r063tu) on a Flash instead of DVD drive (had a bad experience with the DVD in the past). Should I buy a 16 GB or 32 GB of capacity 3.0 USB drive. Because it will only be to create recovery media, obviously I won't be able to use it for other purposes, so want to buy everything as this is sufficient (and save on costs!). Thank you.

    Hello

32 GB is necessary because the recovery partition is almost always about 20 GB or more.

    Hello:

    You need this graphics driver...

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx? DwnldID = 23889

Download, unzip and run the exe to install.

If you need to reinstall W7 in the future, you can use the W7 x 64 drivers and software (except the BIOS and firmware files) 250 G2 on your HP laptop computer (64-bit files have the 32 bit also driver files).

The only you need from outside of this model are the audio and graphics drivers.

  • ProBook 450 G1: New AMD driver corrupt Win7 on HP ProBook 450 G1 Notebook PC model #: G1Q53UT

I recently had the misfortune of screwing up my Win7 installation beyond repair, corrupted restore points, you call it.  To the point I started from scratch and have caught up with quite reasonable.

I noticed a new graphics driver previously unpublished while I was busy to destroy my previous Win7 installation, and then the facility he discovered that every time I completed the installation, it would reboot, Blink a few times (whose video pilot facilities tend to do), then Aero should be turned off and a popup would say that a reboot was necessary due to "changes done."

So I will re-start, and before even I could connect, I saw the flashing, which will take place as the login screen loaded.  Connection, there it was again, "restart the changes."

This has happened seven times.  I finally have to load a restore point of entry and things are fine now.  Here is a screenshot of iolo System Mechanic and the Windows Visual Update of the driver.  I know that my ProBook has interchangeable GPU capabilities which was originally a bit of stress, so I was wondering if this was just meant for my particular laptop, but I would like an idea of community.

Here are pictures of the drivers:

Can someone verify or provide an overview to the user an incredible machine otherwise very confusing?  I always like to have best graphics drivers as possible for the game this laptop is capable of running (D3 to impressive FPS, WoW too.)

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you in advance.

I, personally, store HP downloads offline and delete the files after their application.  Since they are self-extracting archives, it is a simple matter to copy to the PC and relaunch them - if I need to reinstall one of them.

I agree that if the old drivers work OK, then I wouldn't change them just because a newer version is released.

If you encounter any problems with HP Support Assistant, forcing upgrades that plague the screen, then I remove or disable HPSA - because it is very unlikely that HP still is producting updates for an older PC. You will always be able to get updates of Windows without HPSA in place.

    Good luck

  • HP Notebook 15 model J2X73UA #A: Memory Upgrade

The invoice of WALMART shows "HP 15 F028WM' as the model - but the HP Support assistant offers a model # J2X73UA #ABA. PS... I have an anti-static bracelet and know enough to be able to, and remove the battery before performing any upgrade!

Your model has at least one door of memory accessible customer on the bottom. It's the square Panel that you remove with a screw. The manual on this series turns out to be inaccurate in several versions and particular models of Wal-Mart. Many have just a single memory slot. In my view, the yours is perhaps one of them. Here is the Service Manual:

    Manual link

Installation memory is shown on page 30. Even if the laptop has only one location, we had reports of success with the replacement of the 4 GB module with a module of 8 GB. If there's a slot open, that's fine, and obviously all what you need to do is to add a second 4 GB module up to a total of 8 GB. Pay attention to the installed memory. Here is a picture of the 4 GB module to be installed in your laptop computer based on HP REF.

It's 1600 DDR3L which means low voltage 1.35 volts not 1,5 volt and it is the low density memory that you can tell from the 8 black blocks instead of 4. In order to do not buy 4 block 1.5 volt memory buy 8 block of 1.35 volts. Open it first and see if you need to buy a 4 GB module or a module of 8 GB. If there's any position of confusion remaining back for assistance.

  • HP G60 notebook PC laptop - model VM803UA #ABA

-a lately a rattling noise that lasts about one second at a time. This isn't a warning message.

Would it maybe the hard drive?

It could be the hard drive and now would be a good time to secure your important data to an external hard drive or move the data to another computer.  Do a set of backup disks as well.  The hard drive will make a sounding snap if he struggles to read a sector.  He hit his head against a calibration block and goes back to the sector to try to read.  Recalibration and repeated readings makes noise and slows things down.  After securing your data, then do a check disk on the hard disk, enter the HP utilities by recording the F10 at startup and run the hard drive test and memory. Look at the hard drive and then go to the manufacturer's Web site and download their program to test drive and run it (usually, you create a bootable CD).  This test can fix bad sectors and to fix some minor issues as well as you say if the hard drive is OK.  That said, he can't always be the hard drive. Locate the hard drive on laptop you and put your ear close to it when it makes noise and see if you can figure out if it is.
