  The issue was not with the printer, but the PDF itself was a secure PDF document.

  I tried to copy the document from my pc to mac and I tried to open the document, and what I saw, it was exactly what was printed earlier in my first post.  Tried to attach my email and once downloaded, the document had only those got printed text (also pasted below).

  It works when printing directly from the pc more (with or without wire) finally got. Seems good now.

  Happy to hear the apps happens. Here are some steps you can take to get your e-print address configuration.

  Step 1: Re-print out your information from Web Services.

  • Officejet printers (depending on model):
    • Select Setup-> Web Services configuration-> menu of the printer Email address or...
    • Select ePrint icon on the screen on the front. Then select the button 'Print' on the ePrint status screen.

  Step 2: Go to http://www.hpeprintcenter.com and register your printer using the new code to the printer.

  Note: You must do this within 24 hours of the printing of this form.

  Step 3: If the page does not print, or if you still receive the error message "Invalid Code", re - enable Web Services on your printer.

  • OfficeJet:
    • Select Setup-> Web Services configuration-> restore factory settings to remove the Web Services of the printer.
  • Once done, configure the Web Services again (usually at the same place as the removal of Web Services). Print information sheet within 5 minutes.

• 6500 has more: cannot print Surface Pro 3 - a persistent problem that is ALWAYS the case.

  3 surface Pro, Windows 10 (64 bit) put in place. I constantly have problems everytime I try to print documents. Print HP says the wireless network window is not connected, but the printer wireless network Test report HP says it's on - GO. The drivers don't need to be updated on the Surface Pro, according to the HP Support Online, so please - HP should have some kind of awareness of it. Cannot access the HP Print and Scan Doctor - the link does not work. Seriously. It is a basic functionality.

  Currently I have to spend more than an hour trying different ways to get printing to work, sometimes, it will randomly to print a document and return then to not print. It is not a sustainable situation. I avoid the impression of this set-up as far as possible, that this song and dance is always necessary, but sometimes I can't do it otherwise.

  You may need to do this using the properties button in the dialog box print to set duplex to the driver level. Does it work?

  I recently bought a LaserJet 5100dtn. I work with Mac OSX Yosemite (10.10.3). I can't get my OS to recognize the duplex printing option. I have the duplexer attached to my printer, and I know it works because it printed a test page. I have the setting the paper handling > Duplex > WE * however, it keeps printing sided pages.

  The problem is maybe that my printer settings have "duplex" grayed out.

  

  I wonder if there is a problem with the printer driver? This printer is no longer manufactured (I bought mine used), then maybe there is a problem with the driver communicates duplex printing features?

  Any help you could offer would be great! Thank you in advance!

  The slight difference for users of Yosemite (this is an another OSX) is:

  Go to Printers & Scanners > click the printer you want to print duplex (in this case LaserJet 5100) > in the main window, click Options & supplies > leOptionsonglet > duplex unit.

  If you manually check 'Duplex' then 2-sided will not be grayed out when this printer is selected.
