HP 9800

Driver for Windows 7 64 bit does not work with the HP 9800 printer with duplexer.  The duplexer mode does not work with Windows 7.    The driver allows only unique impression.  Changing the settings advanced under Printer Setup does not allow for automatic duplex printing.  HP provides a duplex driver for Windows XP.

Someone at - it supported a driver that supports the Duplexer for Windows 7 (64 bit)?

The driver provided through Windows Update supports duplex printing, but you must activate the duplexer.  By default, the pilot thinks that the duplexer is not installed.  Solve this problem as follows: click Start, devices and printers, click with the right button on the Deskjet 9800 and select properties from the printer, device settings, the Installable Options.  On the duplex unit installed, apply, OK.

My question is: can I spend second 9800 GTS in my Qosmio?

    Hello

To my knowledge, this is not possible.

The 300 series Qosmio X was released with different graphics chips and different motherboards.

Some supports the NVIDIA® GeForce® 9800M GTS and some units have been released with NVIDIA GeForce 9800 M GTS SLI (two connected graphics chips).

The GPU of these two circuits layout is completely different.

So, you will not be able to add a second GPU for the Qosmio X 300 out common NVIDIA GeForce 9800 M GTS

    Hello
First sorry for my bad English.

I have a problem with my Qosmio, recently I installed Windows 7 and I have just the 9400M GS and a 9800M GTS working.

The second 9800 M GTS do not work. Windows 7 don't recognize that he or she is obtained in the Panel of the unit. I use the driver to 186.42 display on the Toshiba site and all the other drivers also.

I really need help if you need more information to answer me.
    Good day.

    Hello

May I ask what you mean exactly?

AFAIK the Qosmio X 300 - 14N is equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce 9800 M GTS graphics chip and support MCP79-SLI.

Why are you talking about 9400 M GS?

  • HP Deskjet 9800: HP Deskjet 9800 will print on 13 "x 19" paper "

    Hello!

So I have a HP Deskjet 9800 and am trying to print a picture on 13 "x 19" Epson Ultra Premimum Photo paper luster (rated 241gsm).

My problem is that my HP Deskjet 9800 will load the paper, but it just sort of pushes and pulls it back before sending the document all the way through without printing anything on this subject. I'm loding paper from the back (as it is too heavy to be loaded in the tray) and have all the correct settings, but I do not know why he refuses to print on paper.

    Thank you

    Sam

So I finished fixing my problem, and it wasn't something one of you said.

The problem was that the "width of media sensor" was giving a bad reading for my picture Super B paper and then reject. I turned it off as follows (Windows 7):

    1. go on devices and printers

    2. open your HP printer

    3. Select "adjusting printing options".

    4. go to the "Advanced" tab

5 then in "Options of the Document" under "Printer features" Unsnap to turn "width of media sensor.

    6. enjoy printing!

  • HP Deskjet 9800: Location for download the driver for HP Deskjet 9800 real?

    Hi all

I am looking for old download real drivers for the HP Deskjet 9800 printer. Yes, I know it isn't a W10 driver for that probably. But I can't find the real drivers for this printer in ANY operating system anywhere. When I go to the download page, it seems to be more useless than NY Times from yesterday.

Can someone point me to an existing file regardless of the newer o/s he had drivers for? I assume that either W7 or W8 would be the likely culprit.

I pretend that my HP 8600 is the old model because HP, in their infinite wisdom, has decided that we don't have to be able to enter in custom printer paper sizes. Wish that I had known before, I bought the thing. But don't bother to enter another story.

In February 2014, I used successfully the 9800 drivers to print invitations from my sister's wedding so I know it works. But I can't find the drivers I downloaded there, for some reason; and I reformatted my drive since then. :-(

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

Thank you for using the HP Forums.

Yes, the DJ9800 driver is available at drivers to win 10 IN-OS.

    Follow these steps

    1. click right on the button start (Windows icon) select 'control panel '.

    2. under "Control Panel", select "view devices and printers."

    3. Select "add a printer".

    4. If he finds your printer (you have your printer connect via the USB port on your computer), follow these steps to install the drivers in the OS.  Otherwise, select 'the printer that I want isn't listed' > next

    5. in the next screen, select 'Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings' > next

    6. Select "use an existing port: ' > next»»

    7. Select HP > HP Deskjet 9800 printer (we recommend that you click on "Windows Update" which could make the HP Deskjet 9800 printer (HP) option.  Note that the 'Windows Update' can take up to 10 cantons depending on how quickly your speed at wide band is"

    8. click on 'Next' and follow the remaining steps to install your printer driver.

  • DeskJet 9800 stops halwfay

    Kind regards!

It's frustrating that there is no real solution from HP for the same problem (the same problem in many models). I use a deskjet 9800, win8.1pro 64-bit. The main use of this printer is for the DAO, and every time that you try to draw a map, simply stops at Midway and remains frozen for about 2 minutes and ejects the paper. In those two minutes the printer assumes that work s

I tried to reinstall the printer several times, make some adjustments to the configuration of the printer, installed in another computer, but everything seems unnecessary. Moreover, isn't it funny that in the official website of hp, the driver is not available.

    Hello! INTROVERT.

Thanks for your quick response. I did what you told me, and unfortunately at the beginning the problem continues. As my last option, I also changed the original USB cable for a new and connect the printer to a different port USB (3.0).

After doing all the steps, finally the printer started to work properly. I really don't know not which of the steps (software or hardware) solved the problem, but actually runs well.

Note: I'll do the same thing on my hp Desingjet70, hoping that it works also (the same problem with that one).

Once again, thank you for your cooperation.

  • 9800 HP win7 driver and false messages.

I have a HP Deskjet 9800 for 6 or 7 years. Thin printer free of trouble for the designer and semi-pro.

I can't check ink level now because the HP Toolbox is now disabled, and worse, I get a message wrong when I AM using new, genuine HP cartridges, Type 97 and Type 96. I only buy at Costco and have done so for years. That is what it is?

It's not a cheap printer, guys, this is a wide format that made a lot of good chores. What is the workaround or how to reject this thing stupid message every time I print.

I have not solved the problem with the annoying Messages. I have my Win XP machine maintained and can make box Toolbox of things like that. Which is really annoying, is that the features built into the printer are not all accessible because of a choice made by the companies that built the standards. And it's Microsoft and HP.

  • Error code 31 with the Nvidia GeForce 9800 S cards. _

I don't remember having this problem when I first got this HP Firebird 802 more than a year before, but now when I go into the Device Manager I have a problem. Under graphics cards, both my NVIDIA GeForce 9800 S graphics cards have the yellow exclamation mark next to them. When I right click and go to properties, for them, it says "this device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31). "I tried the program Microsoft Fix that automatically detects and solves the problem, or if it is said and he reinstalled the drivers and made me restart my computer but it does not and did not work (I tried about three times now). Nothing comes from google for this problem, and I fear the worst. I don't know if this has ruined my graphics capability for games such as Fallout 3 and SC2, but they really don't work as smooth as I think they would on average settings.

Reinstall the graphics driver from Nvidia site, in Winupdate settings, disable the updates recommended.
