  If you have only had the phone for 5 months, you should be able to take back and get a new phone.

  I hope you made a backup and you can restore your data. If you are unable to return it, you will need to reload the operating system of the device.

  In my opinion if it can you should resume.

  The model number of the laptop would also help. It can also tell you in the manual of the laptop which means a red flashing light.

  JL_CMDR works fine in Win7. Don't launch from the file Explorer. Instead, open a command box (start > run > CMD). Then browse (just like in the BACK) where it is and run it from the command line.

When I ran troubleshooting configures a device, everytme, e PC tried to install a driver but did not, was his attempt to insstall an update of the driver. And the "hardware and peripheral fault reports said: problems detected: unknown device doen't have a driver." And under "Device information", it listed ID; ROOT\LEGACY_REGFILTER\0000 and the error code: 28. All other devices I connected to his PC an addition to the standard items provided by HP are: a model AC-1 microphone, an external hard drive Verbatim, a tablet of PENPalJR entry, a video camera with build - in speaker and an all-in-one Dell Photo 926 printer an addition to the Samsung ML-2510. Explains a lot, except for the two unknown devices. I know that my ATI graphics card driver is not the most, because AMD has revised its pilot of almost every month, and the manual uninstall the old version and reinstall procedures of the new pilot is so heavy. I have the try once. I HAV eno way to check if the th etwo unknown devices are related to the ATI? AMD graphic card or not. That's why I dare not Unstall them so far.

  Everything you describe, I would infer that your BB itself is the problem. Something is wrong inside, with the material. But only a material qualified with the unit by hand may provide more information. If you stay under warranty, then you should exercise only. If not, then your options will be much more difficult (for example, to find a local store with a technician, you can trust).

  The coding strip only should be cleaned if there is a problem - it is very fragile and can be damaged, making the printer inoperable.  There is a post here that describes how do to clean the MICR band, but respect the warnings and don't do it unless necessary.  There is also a post here that shows how to solve one of the problems mishandling can cause.  Do not clean the Strip unless necessary.

  The coding is the band one located just behind the stem of transport semi-claire. It aims to help the print cartridge faithfully keep track of its position as it moves along the stem of transport. Sometimes dust, ink or oil can accumulate on this strip and cause the following problems:

  • Prints "stairs" to the bottom of the left margin of the self-test page.
  • The margins left or right of the self-test are not properly placed.
  • Ink cartridges carriage slams on the left side of the printer.
  • Automatic test double-print or obscured shows the letters.
  • Defects to flow the length of a printed page (portrait orientation), or on the whole page (landscape orientation).
  • Printing stops and the lights of the Control Panel on the printer indicate an error.
  • Gaps appear in the printed text or images.
  • Slow printing

  CAUTION:

  Do not clean the strip of coding for the following symptoms: media pick questions, paper jam tilt, ink cartridge, missing points or rejection white stripes with printing and smeared or streaked black ink.

  I put t know what the flashing red LED could mean, but it looks like a HARD disk head crash. Perhaps you could find some details in the user manual that the flashing light means.

  However, he still stupid s cases of dysfunction of a backup media situation. I had a similar problem with my 2.5 100 GB USB HDD. After about 3 years of work, the HARD drive died and I was not able to access the HARD disk. I was a lucky man because I have backup my data also on the DVD so I was able to restore the files and data.

  What to say maybe s possible to save data, but professional help would be necessary. Maybe you should contact technicians for assistance.
