HP All - In - One J510 Series Deskjet 2050 8 64-bit Scanner Windows vertical lines

Hello all,.

Regarding this issue to the legend, I installed HP Print and Scan doctor, but it did not work. There is no error message, printing "section" of the printer works fine. This a personal desktop use laptops via USB connection.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your time

Thanks for posting a picture of your scanned document.  It seems that your scanner has went out completely.

If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.     Whenever I first turn on printer it prints a page immediately and said that I need to scan the page and to realign it.  In addition, the colors are a little faded looking.

    If the unit is every time you start printing, an alignment to the top page, the device fails to align.  If the unit fails to align, then it will try to do it on the next start up.  Do you have a message that failed the alignment on the computer screen?

    I recommend following the steps described in the document following the link to resolve this condition in your Deskjet 2050 J510 series all-in-One.

  • HP deskjet 2050 J510 series: Deskjet 2050 scan icons not opening

    I use windows 7 and until recently could open the printer and the HP support Assistant using the icons on the desktop. Now when I clicked on the icon of the printer that is used to open in Notepad, but now it wont open at all and support assistant says it has stopped working and the error message indicates that windows will close and that it is seeking a solution siutable.

    Please someone offer some kind of advice on how to recover the two icons back to the normal conditions of use.

    I would say uninstalling the software of the printer.

    Once it is uninstalled, I suggest you put your system in clean boot mode in the configuration of Microsoft.  You can do this by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

    Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would suggest to reinstall the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

    Top of greaded for the new laptop that has windows 10 and can not get my printer to be seen.  When the printer is connected through the USB port, computer laptop just scan, load an application for wireless use won't see or interact with the printer as the device is not a wireless model, (only 5 years).  printer still works great on Windows 7 laptop, but the laptop keeps freezing as is the reasosn for the upgrade.

    Question is how to make the new laptop to use my printer?

    I still have the domain controller that came with it, but it will not work installation on the laptop W10.

    Help, please.

    4. This works best if the updates of Windows (10) computer are up-to-date - check if you are unsure
    5. Update your drivers HP (or another computer of the seller) - printing software like updated drivers
    6. Open printer pilot site support Page >
    7. Download a new copy of the Full Feature software >

    I'm not not clear with your exact printer model, it is the printer Deskjet 3050 a (J611) or model 3050 (J610) ?

    For the Deskjet 3050 J610- a complete software not available at this time.

    As there is no comprehensive software available for Mountain Lion, you will need to set up a temporary ad hoc connection and then use the EWS printer to connect the printer to your router.

    • Press the button on the control panel wireless to display the options menu on the screen of the printer wireless.
    • Select on the screen of the printer's wireless settings, then Netowrk default settings.
    • Under the same wireless and select Radio wireless and make sure to put it on.
    • From your Mac, click the WiFi icon and then click on join another network.
    • Click view networks, select the printer SSID, it will include 3050 or J610 in its name, then click on join.
    • Allow 2-3 minutes to establish the connection.
    • Open Safari and click on the favorite icon ().
    • Hello-click and then click on the name of the printer, the EWS page appears.
    • Enter the network tab.
    • Less wireless (802.11) click Wireless Setup Wizard and then click Start the wizard and follow the steps on the screen to configure the wireless connection.
      Note: If you must provide the type of security for your wireless network, you can click the WiFi icon, click Network Preferences and select the Wi - Fi network. Click Advanced, and you will find the type of security for your network in the Wi - Fi tab.
    • Once the wizard of wireless via the integrated Web server configuration is complete, click the Wi - Fi of your Mac and you connect to your router again.

    In the United Kingdom, the cartridges would be 364 series.  You can order black, cyan, magenta, yellow or pack combo with three cartridges.  The cartridge photo and four packs of color with the photo cartridge are not applicable for your printer.

    You can also use the XL 364 cartridges, they have more ink at a higher price, but at a lower cost per page.

  • HP all in one 6200 series ceased printing. Indicates the printer is not working online.

    After printing a document on my HP All in One 6200 series to my computer today, when I tried to print the following document, I got a signal to check color cartridge.  I checked it, ink was low, but I was not printing in color and black cartridge is full.  I pushed OK according to the directives and the signal is output, but then would not print my document.  It shows the printer works not online; However, the computer works online, and I was not able to solve this problem to find a solution.  Feedback would be appreciated.  My computer is Vista.

    Current software and drivers for F375 on HP downloads (updated August 28, 2014) are for Windows 8 will not install on Windows 10. HP Solution Center will not work.

    This printer is listed as compatible Windows 10.  What happens when you try to install io?  Have you tried to use the Printer Wizard?

    I also checked the datasheet for your printer and did not find any indication of instant support of ink.

    Just installed HP DESKJET 2540 ALL-IN-ONE.  Wireless printing for iPad works great, but PC Dell, print quality a part of the printed text only demi-imprime throughout all documents.  I tried to clean the cartridges, printer, align the cartridges and go through all these steps.  Even the printed sheet of alignment has the lines of half-print on the page.

    I understand that you have a print quality problem when you print your Windows 7 computer to the all-in-one printer HP Deskjet 2540 and autonomous. I would like to help you to solve this problem today. What is unusual is that the autonomous alignment report shows failure to print quality with half-print lines, but when you print from your iPad everything looks great. Because the default occurs on the report of alignment that the problem you encounter is hardware related. Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you have already finished before joining the Forums of HP's Support. At this point, I'll make go you through some additional troubleshooting steps.

    Please click here to access the print quality troubleshooting procedure. When the support document opens do execute Solution a, Solution three, and five, and six and seven. This includes all sub-steps under the listed Solutions. Pay close attention to manually clean the ink nozzles. In addition, yor need to run up to 3 clean your print head. If you have already run several cleaning please do not operate everything cleans more than ink is used to clean the printing system and we do not want to waste the ink more.

    Once the troubleshooting completed, test please print again.

    • If the problem persists, the alignment success or failure on your machine?
