    I installed the version more recent (13.0) drivers and software HP Photosmart full feature but an exclamation point appears next to the icon of my laptop on my screen devices and printers.  When I troubleshoot the, he says that this driver HP Photosmart C309g-m is not found because it is not installed.  Then he told me that the problem is the firewall blocks the installation software.  I uninstalled all the (Windows Firewall, AVG and Norton (although that Norton has never been activated)) but it doesn't install it always pilots and stress STILL firewall blocks.

    I tried to restart the printer, laptop and the wireless hub (which is Heaven) does not.

    My laptop is HP G61-110SA and only a few months.  I think it should be noted that the hard drive was defective again and has been replaced but I don't know if that has to do any.

    The printer is new and looks good, works very well and connected to the wireless network, like a laptop, the problem is only with them communicate with each other.

    I would be grateful for any suggestion, as a day and a half of my poor attempts just made me really stumped!

    The real problem is to be able to use the wireless interface to connect the printer to the laptop.  That's what I heard in your last post.

    If you wll post what operating system is installed as your laptop OS I should be able to guide you through it.

    Have you tried the HP network diagnostic tool? There is an explanation of how it use to the hyperlink.

    Have you tried to download the driver appropriate for your operating system via Windows Update?

  • Photosmart C309g full pilot soft ' download problem?

    Hi, downloaded twice the software and driver (165 MB) for this machine to my Lenovo Netbook Win 7 Home Premium. Configuration USB connection for the first time, then couldn't find a way to change the WIFI so downloaded again to establish a WIFI connection. On each occaision, I was able to connect and print but do not seem to have the HP Solutions software and some of the desktop icons is also never appeared on either occaision. Can someone tell me why?     Hi neon, seems I have solved the problem. File - Program files (64-bit) / HP/Imaging Digital/CCD42CCf-/ HPZSTUB and clicked on it, unpacked and installed everything I wanted. I now have more icons on the desktop - ' picture Creation, "Solutions Center" & "HP supplies Shopping." Also have a small widget called 'Drop pictures to print' that I will investigate. Everything else works OK wireless. Do not understand why I had to do it with all the frustration! I'm glad that I bought an iMac! KS

  • Printing moved on the first page printed with C309G

    I bought a HP all in one Photosmart Premium (C309G) today, it seemed a valid upgrade to my aging Photosmart 2410 for print and copy every day.

    However...

    It's something that I have not been able to resolve or explain so far. The first page that is printed is moved from 10mm to the bottom of the page, all others print in the correct position. This is also true of photocopies, if I do a duplicate from the front, the first page is moved to the bottom while the second page is in the correct position (only one face is also moved).

    HP had me install the generic of 550 c driver, and does the same thing, except that it prints the first to the last, the first page of the document is assigned, while the pilot C309G print name, so the problem presents at the last page with that. In fact, which is very useful because it is a simple matter of most of the software to add an additional page, in white (although wasteful).

    My Laserjet 1022N, nor the C309G reported paper size available in the properties of the printer (Win XP), but both shows correctly in the driver settings. The Laserjet printer does not display the move, however. The pilot made 550 c display available as A4 paper size, but moving.

    I'm stumped at this point. HP tried to blame the software I print since then, but this is partly because they have not read what I said correctly, IE I explained I could fix by adding a blank page in Word, WordPerfect, Corel Draw etc-, but that I couldn't do when printing from Firefox or Outlook, that display the same questions.

    My feeling is that the printer is not been properly initialized for the first page, perhaps to be told that the page size is to the letter instead of A4, but it's just a deep feeling. There is no setting that I can find on the printer itself to set the size of paper, other than from the region, which is set correctly to Europe. With the scanning, I offer myself as a paper size A4, no letter, so he seems to indicate that the printer is configured properly.

    Use the 6 x 4 built-in photo paper tray, the images are correctly, so another thought I have is the rolls of paper collection is a malfunction in some way.

    The device is normally connected via ethernet (cable), but I also tried USB without any difference. I uninstalled an reinstalled the drivers (I use just the base driver package).

    Any thoughts greatly appreciated that it has left me speechless.

    Kudos to HP support, after 48 hours of trying everything they could think, they proposed a power cycle, and cured the issue. I was able to identify the cause of too, whenever I have install the drivers on another machine on the network, moving is recurring. So, now I just power cycle after each installation.

  • My iMac does not detect my C309g-m as a scanner via bluetooth or wifi.

    Somewhere between Snow Leopard and 10.7.3, my iMac stopped detecting my C309g-m as a scanner with bluetooth and wifi.  I can still print via bluetooth and wifi without problem, but "print and Scan", "Image Capture", and "Preview" not to recognize the C309 as a scanner.

    I uninstalled the HP Photo Center, but didn't know that there was a 'scrubber' option until after the forums up. Accordingly, I still have the package installed driver somewhere in the interiors of my computer.  It is a 3.3.3 package by car.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    As the software was partially removed, please follow the steps below to ensure that pilots are not damaged:

    1. open the Applications folder.
    2. go to the Utilities folder.
    3. double-click on disk utility.
    4 Select the hard disk that contains the boot volume.
    5. go to the first aid tab and select Repair disk permissions.
    Note: This process may take several minutes depending on the Mac and the amount of the permissions that need to be repaired. The journal of the progress will tell you when the process is complete.

    Then, download and install the latest HP Printer Drivers 2.8 below package:

    Finally, reset the printing system and reconfigure the printer:

    * Be aware that reset the printer system will eliminate any existing queue and reset all custom settings driver.

    Click on the Apple menu and then click on System Preferences.
    Select Print & Scan.
    Right click (or Ctrl + click) your product with the Printers list in the left panel and then click on reset printing system.
    Click OK to confirm the reset.
    Type your user name and password.
    Click OK. The printing system resets.

    Now, click on the Plus sign and select the pritner listed as Hello in the default tab.

    Now, check if you can scan using Print & Scan or one of the other methods described below:

    It is not supported to scan from the front panel of the printer without a full feature software, so it's expected.

    About Webscan EWS option, the page overview only scanning, in order to save the page scanned, you should right click (CTRL + left click Mac keyboard), then save the file in the contect menu.

    Please let me know any changes during the scan to Print & Scan after installing the package.

    I just noticed test driver in the list of tools. I never loaded it. I also found that I was on the beta channel that I never accepted to be. I have loaded just release 23.01, but cannot remove the test pilot. It does not appear in the list of addons, so there is no option to delete.

    How can I get rid of this unwanted addon?

    On my old XP PC, kept for an earlier application only, I run Firefox 19.0.2 with updates disabled (never check the updates). Yesterday, an application of the test pilot appeared request an update for one of "my studies". Had no idea that this was therefore rejected.     As I rebooted my PC (IBM thinkpad T43 running windows XP), Firefox sticks a message on the screen, heading ' new study test pilot ' with the message 'test pilot 'Firefox Desktop Heatmap 2012' is about to begin.
    I can't get rid of this message. If I click on the Red to close X, or the message "Details" Firefox crashes and I get "we're sorry, Firefox has a problem and crashed. How can I clear this message without crashing? Thanks for the info, John

    Yesterday I received an email informing me of the latest beta of Firefox was ready. I have currently in progress (version 13.0b1) and can confirm that this solves the problem. I no longer get the message that has been obscuring the corner of the screen. Thanks for the extremely fast response...     To deal with a specific problem with FireFox, I uninstall V9 and reinstalled.
    "Test pilot" appeared from nowhere.
    It was not installed before uninstalling, however, it was present after the new installation.
    I have never loaded as an add-on test pilot. It is not listed in Plugins and it is not in the Extensions.
    How can I remove test pilot?

    All drivers must be created and tested before Toshiba may make public, it is unfortunately a long and vigorous system, usually after a new operating system is released most of the products are made compatible within a year.

  • HP ENVY m6-1125dx: Beats Audio In/Out-put pilot missing AFTER Factory Reset/OfficeProgram reinstalling Windows

    So about three months ago I had a problem with my HP mouse and browser. both were glitching on screen and does not allow me to type consistently or right-click (to copy, paste, etc.). After seeking help from technology College friends, HP reps (which were not useful since my ch isn't under warranty anymore) and work friends, no one would understand it. I decided to make a setting reset according to which did not help. Then, a factory reset. Finally, it fixed my problem, yay no glitching more! So I contacted Microsoft to reinstall my Microsoft Office. After I have reset a computer and everything was in order, I hung up with them. By attempting to play a video a few moments later, I noticed that my volume is not working. I tried through the Troubleshooting Device Manager (replied 'No audio device found'), by lifting missing audio drivers via the HP Web site (found nothing) and call Microsoft to see what they could do since HP reps no help. So far, no progress is possible except that Microsoft has discovered that he is no longer an audio in/out located on my device. This is absurd! My laptop was purchased 2 years ago for around $500 with award-winning special Beats Audio Sound System. I want to come back. I was forced to resolve the previous question myself and I wa slucky enough to find a way. But now, I am presented with an audio problem I'm afraid that I can't solve in my favor.

    If someone who comes through my investigation has informed business and education with a solution to the please my problem do not hesitate to contact me with your advice and your credentials. I'm willing to try anything at this point, but of course not at the expense of my computer. Experienced responses welcome!

    I hope someone can help me. Manager Microsoft is kind enough and plans to call me again today at 15:00. But, I really don't think there is anything else on our end that we can do. It's all HP to reinstall the audio driver Beats for me once again.

    I do not work for a hardware or software company. Since your machine drivers support site, available for Windows 10, only the drivers that came with your machine (for Windows 8). Driver for Windows 8 above should work as ask you 'pilot missing AFTER factoryreset/windows.

    I want to help you be able to use two printers again. I understand that the black ink is not working. Please start with the procedure described in the following document; The problems of print quality for the HP Officejet 7500 (E910a and E910c) to Grand Format Printer e-all-in-one series.  This document applies to these two printers because they have such similar ink systems.

    If you have performed all the steps in the document above and the problem persists, not one of HPs, my personal recommendation is to use the solution put forward in the next video.  I suggest that if the printhead and the printer he are out of warranty.  Hot water rinse printhead - HP ink printers of the series with removable head.

    I have recommended this solution to others and have been successful, but I can't guarantee that this will solve the problem, it is a term of type line of effort. I hope it helps.
