    Anyone know why the ink can not come through when I install a new ink cartridge?  I changed the that many times before, but it does not print.  I should shake the cartridge, moisten the place where the ink comes out, clean the print head and if so, how?  Any other suggestions?  Thank you

    Click here for the steps to install a cartridge.

    If you did above correctly and the problem persists, perform the below mentioned steps...

    On the printer, press the Setup > TOOLS > CLEAN printhead

    Note: You may need to perform the steps mentioned above for 2 - 3 times.

    Now try to print, it should work.

  • Pages of white or gray HP2545 impressions after cleaning and changing the ink

    Hello.

    Earlier, sometimes I have a problem with my printer.  I was an important analysis of the files and all of a sudden the printer stopped printing (I got only blank pages). So I thought that the ink has been used, so I changed it. Still nothing. So I cleaned the printer once, then the second. The test pages came without the letters, the colors are OK but the intense Black points on the test page are actually grey. I don't really know what I can do without giving the impression to the service. The printer is actually quite new, I think I bought it 2 months ago.

    If you purcahsed your printer 2 months ago it is still under warranty.  I suggest you contact the HP Support at 1-800-474-6836.  Otherwise, you might consider going to HP.com and search for the model number of the printer that you have.  There are usually a number of technical documents, manuals and subjects of support that might help you solve your problem.  In addition, it is a good diagnostic to print and scan diagnostic tool that can be useful.

    If one of these solves your problem, please update your post as solved so that others could benefit from this.

    Connect the HARD drive to the other PC (using the USB HDD) and try to copy all the data to the main PC.
    Replace the portable HARD drive and preinstall the operating system using the recovery media.

    On this way you will have own OS and save your time and nerves.

  • DeskJet 6940 ink black smudges on page some time after the change of the cartridge

    Ink started smudges on the printed page, not immediately after I changed the cartridge ink, but after about 50 leaves.  Some leaves have small lines perpendicular to the printed lines as was ink on the rollers.

    I opened the printer and wipe excess ink above the bottom of the grey cables and off the coast of stainless steel rod that runs through the Interior.

    Someone at - it ideas?

    We will first determine if any black ink comes out of your printer.

    This document describes how to check the ink levels and how to print an alignment page.  You should check you have black ink in your cartridge and you should see black on the alignment page printing.

    If you do not see the black ink on the page, you should do a cleaning of the cartridge.

    If you still haven't black ink, you may have to replace the ink cartridge.

    Let me know how the printer performs on these alignment pages.  If black ink prints fine on this page, this indicates a problem with the selection of the driver or settings.

  • Office Jet 6500 E710n-z will not print black even just replace the cartridge with a new one.

    This is the 3rd time having problems on "black" even printing ink isn't empty (but the level is low, like a quarter left).  In the previous cases, I replaced the cartridge and the problem resolved.

    The 2nd time was last week.  After I changed the cartridge, it worked (for only 1 week) and the problem is back.  As the ink is full this time and it worked fine when I just changed it, I suspect it is the problem of my printer instead of the cartridge.

    I did clean the print head and align the print heads, but the problem persists.  Please advice solution.  Thank you!

    I hope that the printhead has no need replace. I would like to look at this document on faulty production for your printer model.  I know some steps here mentioned you already make. Please just read / ignore those and try the ones you have not yet completed.  It presents various ways to clean the print head; If you have just done the cleaning of the box tools, I'd defiantly that manual.     I just replaced all my ink cartridges in my HP DESKJET 3520 printer (it's wireless).  It prints fine colour, but not black.  I tried to clean the print head, align the cartridges, check the intake on the cartridges.  I have also just opened another black cartridge, thinking maybe my new was defective.  So now, I've just lost a cartridge.

    so frustrated! My printer is more than a year now.  So not guaranteed.  When I click on the printer ink levels, he is grateful I have full cartridges - but is not printing in black at all.

    FYI, never heard of anyone in case HP. himself seems to have resolved the day after. Now my black ink cartridge works.

    I clean the fan, and I put new thermal paste to the processor. After finishing this job button press / the laptop works but the screen is black.     You have disconnected the display while you cleaned up the laptop?
    Are you sure that the display is connected correctly?
    Check the cable?

    How do you know that? Flashing LED HDD?
    You know, it's not easy to say what may be the problem.

    You can also try testing with external monitor.

    The y50 Lenovo is a hybrid and that manufacturers are especially ThinkPads, I guess that Adobe sees it as such is why you get the phone display.

    However, you can delete the 5876 to get a view of the desktop and all do it muse site

    for example, the home page

    change the /phone/index.html to businesscatalyst.com/index.html to see the office... I suppect you forgot the slash so delete/phone phone not only

    My HP 7510 showed the message of low black ink - polygon.  Once replaced by the new black cartridge slowly disappeared to nothing and will not copy or print anything in black.  My colors will be printed again. There is no low ink message.
