• Crasing Photoshop while opening the printer setting

  Hi, I have a problem with Photoshop (no particular version - probably each version to last a year).

  When I opened the dialog box print (ctrl + p) and click on "Printer setting" next to the drop-down list printer (I don't know if the translation is correct my language), Photoshop just hangs, I don't have this problem in any other adobe product only in Photoshop and what happens because I remember.   OK, I solved it, problem, is that even as I installed the new driver printer before, for some reason drivers is not automatically recognized by windows (even when I add printer). I have to manually select the new version of the driver in Device Manager. Thanks for your help!

  Are you referring to the labels under brands of printing option when you open the print dialog window?

  If you check this option button, the name of the file you are editing will be printed on the top of the page, as shown below. You can change this label by changing the name of your file (go in file > save the to do)

• For iPad 5510 printer setting

  I'll put up my printer on a Belkin N150 router and I also have an iPad, set up on the same wireless.  When I set up the printer, it works for about 3 times, then loses connectivity.  In mail or Safari on iPad, the printer is located, but after all the 3rd time, the printer is is more noticed. The printer always shows that it is connected, but it is not found on my iPad.    The iPad continues to be logged, but the printer does not work.   Does anyone else have this problem?

• Why the defalut printer set from the server that allows users to change at the level of the Office?

  In 2003 server-side if you set the defalut setting double-sided and print black and white and users at his desk required single color face they could change just to have a job.  The very next time they needed to print it should be indented for the default server double-sided black and white.  Now, in Server 2008 this is not the case, you can assign one of the side server, but the user can change the setting single-sided color and next time they'll print is not defined by default return on the server side.  Any ideas?

  I understand that you must run the Wireless Setup Wizard and enter your wireless password to establish a connection when you try to print from your Apple to your HP Photosmart 5520 devices e-all-in-one printer. I would like to help you to solve this problem today. Because the printer shows 'connected' but fails to print if you run the Wireless Setup Wizard, the problem you are experiencing is most likely in the router itself. When you have a wireless printer is really no area gray: it either works or it doesn't. If the printer fails to connect wireless, the wireless card may be damaged. If the printer connects wireless (even if it is intermittent) the wireless card works. Because your connection seems to be intermittent the router can be see your printer as a threat and intermittently block printing and scanning wireless two-way communication. That being said, there are a few troubleshooting steps that we can attempt to create a more stable and reliable wireless between the printer and Apple devices.

  Powercycle router:

  The next time the Wi - Fi connection problem occurs, do not run the Wireless Setup Wizard on your printer. Instead, you're going to have to powercycle your router. This step will also prove with certainty at 100% if your router is the origin of this conflict of connectivity. If your printer is working well after the powercycle, then the router is the cause of the connectivity problem.

  1. Start by unplugging the power cable to your router
  2. Once your router is unplugged, turn your printer off
  3. Then, shut down your computer
  4. After 30 seconds to 1 minute, plug your router back in
  5. Then, turn on your printer
  6. Turn on the computer

  After a few moments, your internet connection will return. Please check on your Mac you are able to navigate to Web sites. Once the internet is to answer, test print. If printing works fine now continue to use your printer as the question can not return.

  If the question comes up, ports and settings will be verified on your router.

  • Ports to open and settings to adjust the router:

  If you don't know how to check the ports and parameters listed below, you may need to talk with the manufacturer of your router for assistance.

  Ports to open:

  • The incoming Ports (UDP): 80, 137, 138, 161, 427, 44
  • Coming out of Ports (TCP): 137, 139, 427, 5222, 5223, 9100, 9220, 9500

  Parameters to be set:

  • MAC filtering must be OFF
  • Firmware on router must be updated
  • Firewall on the router may need to be OFF for the test
  • The multicast must be turned on
  • Hello must be activated
  • If you use a dual band router, make sure you printer and devices are connected to the 2 ghz band. Printers are not supported on connections to 5 ghz

  After made the settings of the router, please test wireless printing and scanning to confirm that the problem has been resolved.

  I would like to help you today with correctly configuring the time on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2640 series All - in - One Printer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  1. On the front screen of your Deskjet tap the down arrow until you see Preferences
  2. Select OK in preferences
  3. Arrow down until you see the Date and time
  4. Click OK on the Date and time
  5. You must first confirm that the Date is correct. Once the date has been confirmed, you will then be able to set the time
  6. Select OK to save your changes

How much is a black n cartridge 21 anyway? my printer is a hp deskjet 3940. I don't like if printed writing isn't black, I just need to be legible, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  HI, I have problems with printing double-sided. Double-sided printing option was available before but it dissappeared from the option, there were 4 options before but only one side and manual double-sided print were left. I can't seem to find where to make this option to return and I have urgent need for printing. I can't print the application pdf, word documents, online either.  IM using asus computer laptop with envy 4500 hp printer, please help me as soon as possible.

  The duplexer must be enabled in the driver.  Follow these steps: go to the folder, devices and printers, right-click on Envy 4500, printer properties, settings of the device, Installation Options, and then set it to the duplex unit installed, apply.

  Just bought a Photosmart 6520 to replace my C310 that all black cartridges, which went wrong (short circuit out) or ink jet which is now in thing instead of Cartridgestopped so bad.

  Last close after I stop computer to sleep. I went to set up the printer and change the used the old router that is connected to the wan port on the model cable Comcast.

  On this morning, everything works perfectly until now.

  I guess that the printer works on the same channel the router built into the modem and has been the substitution of any signal from the routrr built into the Modem.

  Anyone having this problem if you use Comcast is to buy a separate router attached to the modem for the printer to work and the connection as well.

  I see that the IP address of the router is xxx.xxx.2.1 while the printer IP address if xxx.xxx.1.104 that are not in the same range, the printer should have an IP ending in xxx.xxx.2.xxx, proceed as follows.

  Printer has been set to an IP address manually for router previous? If so, unplug the ethernet cable select network Menu > restore default network settings and reconnect the cable.

• Report/print Set - up with Apex 3.1 and Oracle XE

  I am trying to set up my local computer to run: Oracle XE, Oracle APEX v.3.1, with OC4J to allow printing via Apache FOP. So far, I've got XE and APEX 3.1 works well, OC4J looks OK, and I sent the FOP with APEX .war file. But I don't know where to configure APEX to use service of FOP.   To be honest, maybe I'm missing something, but this approach seems a little weird to me. The main advantage of the APEX (which doesn't seem to be all that common here in the United Kingdom), is that you can build web applications based on the database quickly and easily without having to run a big fat J2EE server. If I have to run a J2EE server for my impression, I lose this advantage. Still, it would at least make it work on my local machine, so tips are welcome.
