  Welcome to the Apple community.

  I'm afraid that is what happens when you share an Apple ID.

  Ideally you should each have your own ID and use family share for share purchases, but at least you would be better to have your own ID's for everything except iTunes.

  I suspect that your problem is that you share an ID for FaceTime, you must either stop this or make sure that you have only and that your caller ID is only your phone number.

• RVS4000 loses static IP config one or two times a month

  Bought the RVS4000 in 11/2012 to work behind a NVG512 (pass thru mode). I use the V2.0.2.7 firmware version. For some reason any one or two times a month I lose access to the internet. Sometimes it's the fault of AT & T, but other times my RVS4000 doesn't behave well. Finally, I took screenshots of each screen, which I configured in the RVS4000 to make it work in my environment. Last night we lost internet access again. Before unplugging everything I looked into the RVS4000 and found that my setup WAN had returned to a fault in Automatic Configuration - DHCP instead of static IP address I had previously recorded.

  It seems that my RVS4000 is losing just this WAN setting (forwarding static IP and port mapping data and VPN client data is still intact.

  No clue on what to do next?

  Walter, seems that the device may be defective. If the device is completely locked to the point DHCP responds more and the router of the user interface is not accessible, looks like a device locked.

  If you want to debug further, you can configure an external syslog server to see why. But frankly, looks a bad hardware.

  I recommend that you give the HWC appealed for a possible replacement.
