  I have installed an mSata drive to complete my 750 GB hard drive.  The BIOS it recognized under the UEFI.  I started on my key USB 8.1 and started the installation process.  I deleted all partitions and then chose the drive for the installation of WIn 8.1 mSata.  It installed fine.  However, when it restarts, it said "no found bone."

  Yes, you can do that unless you remove the original drive. Try it: the system boots to the mSATA in the absence of the SATA drive. But the BIOS will always prefer the SATA drive and the boot sequence will not look past as a SATA drive is installed. The only solution is to install a bootstrapper on the original SATA drive that points to the mSATA finished to start.

• Display settings S920 missing page, need help

  I have a strange problem with my phone S920 and need help.

  First I describe that I made:

  I bought two phone weeks and first install update "by air" (from the settings menu, "System Update"). The current version number is S920_ROW_S117_130815. After that, I set the settings on the phone, insert the SIM and SD card and started to install applications. When I found that photos from my SD card are not visible in the gallery. He won't get the images in the external SD card. I can see all the files on this map in the file browser and open, but the Gallery shows only a few files from SD internal tried to force to re-scan of the media files.   I forgot that my administration windows log password after the holidays.  I have loaded down a free program called Ophcrack and had set my laptop to boot from cd 1 but I just cannot get the laptop to boot from a cd.  He just continued boot from the internal hard disk.

  The cd is an image and it is bootable on my desk.

  I just need help / instructions to set the bios for laptop can be started from a cd.  I also tried to boot from a key USB but the laptop kept begin its internal drive.

  You are welcome

  Boot into the bios menu and go to the very section where you have disabled the Secure Boot.

  Find an entry called materials and this value to Activate.

  Save the changes and exit the bios.

  Follow the previous procedure below:

  Insert the bootable disc of Ophcrack and laptop stop.

  Tap away at the esc you key start Notepad to open the Start Menu.  Select boot options ( f9 ), use the arrow keys to select the CD/DVD drive and press ENTER.  You can also get a prompt to "Press any key to" continuous - it if requested.

• Need help to install Vista Ultimate x 64 SP1 - error 0x800F081F - standard corrections do not work

  I have trouble getting Service Pack 1 installed on Windows Vista x 64 final.

  Current issue: SP1 does not appear as an update, and I have not yet installed.  Windows Update tells me that I'm completely up to date.

  History (memory, may be some errors):

  • Performed the new installation, including Vista Ultimate x 64 disk erasure (MSDN)
  • Updated to current with windows update
  • Installed Office 2007 Ultimate (MSDN) (don't know where update what happened)
  • Active Windows (could be a problem doing this after you install updates?)
  • Installed CPU usage, network, gadgets sidebar discs counter meter
  • Installed Live Family Safety
  • Installed Chrome
  • Installed Google Apps
  • Google Pack antivirus installed
  • Installed Google Earth
  • Attempted a manual installation of SP1 - fails with the error 0x800F081F
  At the present time, I can't get a manual of installation of SP1 to work, and Windows Update tells me that I am up to date.  -> System control panel tells me I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate, but does not list all service packs.  He also confirmed that the x 64 edition is installed.
  Steps for debugging:
  • Installed the drivers for the sound card motherboard
  • A ran complete chkdsk on drive to repair bad sectors
  • Ran the system file checker - find corrupted files, but can't fix
  • Journal CBS does contain no [SF] cannot repair the entries

Before that, I was getting the "Blue Screen of Death quite often, but always maintained with my updates etc and really use that thing especially for social networking sites, search web and music/games.» Also before I used minimized Image Recovery, I backed up my personal files to DVD - R using the index option all the way to the right of the screen in this same recovery manager. I have earlier obtained it can begin to go back to Windows, but most of all wiped... HOWEVER, I noticed that my 'D: Recovery Drive' always has a little more than 2 GB free on a little more than 16. I wonder if I can use this to restore everything I had before as I have "reformatting?" it, or if not, then how do I now do that using these DVD I burned? I'm not completely computer illiterate, but also not a rocket scientist lol and seems to understand top of my head this time...   Symptom: The Games Explorer menu or a window, takes a lot of time to load all the shortcuts.

  Frequency: It seems to be a cycle time, even if I have not taken the time to set it. Once the menu is allowed to load completely, it will then instantly for a certain period of time. After this time, it loads and then start again slowly once again the cycle.

  Reproducible: 100%

  Cause: AV real-time analysis is something to do with the menu scanning.

  #1 using process explore * you can see MsMpEng.exe fire upwards and on my system using 25% of cpu resources, when you open the menu/window and run until finally loading shortcuts, then stop.

  #2 Si you disable real-time scanning * menu loads instantaneously, every time.

  I tried to add the "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\GameExplorer" folder to the exclusion list because that's where shortcuts seem to be actually created. It made no difference.

  I tried to add the folder "C:\Games" I have install all my games there too. It made no difference.

  With the help of Games Explorer Manager , I modified each shortcut so that the AppPathExe = the real game.exe and not the file created by windows. It made no difference.

  Using the same program I also removed any url * of each shortcut. It made no difference.
