  I seem to encounter two different errors and there seems to be no trend about which error appears where or when or why.

  One is 0x800A138F: the site has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view.

  I tried the solutions so far:

  -added the Windows Update and Microsoft Update for Trusted Sites (I did years ago)

It seems that Microsoft has yet to recognize or acknowledge that they're providing a tool that is unusable. I hope I've provided enough information to lead to a resolution. I also sent a report through the Fix - It tool when it has not changed anything.

  This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

  Thanks for the detailed response. I suggest to visit the computer manufacturer website and install the latest drivers for Bluetooth and check if it makes a difference.

I checked the specs for the Envy 100 and as you can see below, the printer should take in if you use a format supported below. Maybe you can try the steps from the link I posted for you. I think the cleaning rollers should help. You can also try to select different types of paper to see if one works better than the other.
