  @Paul80, welcome to the forum.

  Here's memory and SSD who are recommended by Crucial memory.  They make great products for OEM computers.  You have to open the case and check of installed memory brand.  Then contact the Crucial Tech Support to see if their memory will be compatible.  The main problem with the addition of memory, it's buy the memory that is compatible with existing modules.

  The best way to install the SSD, it's letting the existing connected HARD disk as it came from the factory.  Connect the SSD drive to another SATA port on the motherboard.  Install the cloning software that you will use on the HARD drive.  Open and select the SSD as target disk.  Once the SSD is cloned, disconnect the HARD drive and start.  The start of shoul for the SSD system.

  As for a video, here is a card that has very good reviews.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.  It should work well with your power supply unit (PSU).

  HP does not recommend installing Windows 7 on a computer comes with Windows 8, and it will support the installation of Windows 7. HP doesn't provide drivers for Windows 7 and the appropriate drivers are not available for the hardware in the computer. • HP Envy 700 - xt desktop: How can I stop recovery of training hard and switch to disk system?

  Theoretically, the hard drive by using Recovery Manager F11 recovery should produce the same results as the set of recovery disks.  The set of recovery disks will probably replace all and then give the factory settings.  The result should be the same, however, I don't see no harm to do so.  What did you do to try to get out if "turn on, turn off"?

  On the thing to try before using the drive set - unplug the PC from the wall.  Press the power button, that would be turning on the PC if connected.  Hold button power in 30 seconds to a minute.  And then reconnect the power cord to back in and try to feed normally upward.

  I do not understand these messages.  Here is the download page for software and driver for the computer.  As you can see, all the drivers for win 8.1 are listed.  They would not list them as much as they have not been tested.  I see no reason not to do the update.

  960 is 9.5 inches in length and requires a power of 400 W.

  Check the clearance in the tower. Measure along the 645 to verify that you can adapt a 9.5 inch to 10-inch card in the case.

  Hard drive cage can be in the way.

  Check that your has a PCIe auxiliary cable as the 960 supply requires six extra pins to connect. The manufacturer will usually provide an adapter if you need. Or you can get one online.

  I bought the computer of the object at the end of December and received my PC shipped in just one week from when he was ordered to hp.com.  Good.  Bravo for delivery before the date of your promise!

  I had problems when I turned it on. Then on the phone for 2 hours with a tech and slept inside the case, we determined that the cables have reached the fan on the video card, causing bad noise, I had to start.  So far so good.

  Motherboard failed after the installation and activation of the software.  Tech was helpful, but he had me open the case and spend a few hours of trouble shooting, pulling RAM, HDD cables, resettlement, etc..  Specific motherboard failed and warranty issues began.  Stuff with new material of this complexity can occur.  I understand. Congratulations to your tech team to work with me and help me help them.  It's good to get the issues resolved quickly.

  They told me it would take 2 weeks to fix computer (including shipping costs).  Because I needed a computer earlier, I determined that it would be easier to computer same reorganization and RME' former g.  So far so good.

  What nobody told me - it will take 23 Jan (20 days) for HP rebuild then 2 days more delivery - to get it to me. It is roughly 15 days longer than the first time to build for the new client!  The best approach from their point of view has been completely buy a new one, and then have it refunded once you receive.  NO GO you already have nearly 1300 dollars of my mony - then it would still not built until January 16 (11 days)!

  You all need to get your act together.  This is my 8th HP computer. My whole family uses. Generally, we were happy with the the customer service and the quality of HP products.  But I'm getting a bitter taste on HP now after that!  I would like someone of senior management at HP inform on this type of treatment (without fault the tech guy and the sales representatives who do their job) by the company of your guests.  You sent me a defective product. You should do it right as quickly as possible.  Keeps me a loyal customer.

  I work in a place of high use computer.  I'm having a hard time to recommend HP to the people who buy after the experience of this kind - unless you can get your act together.  I have dealt with other companies in the past. I am happy, they went out of business - as their technical support and customer service was bad and they used bad quality products.

  The customer service is very important to you. Please let me know how I can speak with someone at HP management on this issue.  This isn't the type of treatment that will get the business for you.

• HP Envy 700-074 Rebooted computer and suddenly monitor lights.

  Yesterday during the use of the computer, I have uninstall some optional software when a pop-up was told that the computer must be restart to complete the installation.  I do not remember what was the particular software that I uninstall, but suffice it to say, it was not an essential part of the software to the computer.  I clicked 'Yes' to restart.  I had an arrow of the mouse while the computer restarts normally, the monitor remains dark.  When this would ' t go, I did another reboot.  This time, the monitor would not come, and even the arrow of the mouse was gone.  The only thing I posted is "no signal".  The monitor works fine I use it now with a laptop.  I tried two other cables (I use DVI to HDMI connected to the onboard Intel Graphics HD 4600).  I plugged a monitor of well-known work on the computer with the same result... "no signal".  Resemble a motherboard?  Give me something to try.  Thanks in advance.
