  @ Felipe: the micro-USB port on a 10 Omni is able to provide only a limited amount of power to operate connected devices (up to 500 my). Most USB devices that contain engines (hard drives, scanners, scanners) require significantly more sustained power that can deliver a tablet of Omni. (for example, portable DVD players of HP brand requires 2 amps - that's 4 x which can provide to an Omni.)

  However, there is a simple solution to fix a wide variety of devices high power to one tablet of Omni, if they are connected through a powered USB hub. Although port micro-USB Omni limit data transfer at USB 2.0 speed, I recommend using a USB 3.0 hub, because they are usually grouped with supplies of higher yield than their counterparts of USB 2.0.

  Most USB devices low power - keyboard, mouse, flash stick, card reader - can usually be connected directly to an Omni tablet, via an adapter micro-usb cable and requires any additional operating power.   More external ODD will work just make sure it's an external power source. This allows not to take a lot of power to the unit.

  Yes, I own the optical drive SDRW and manages my music tasks perfectly.  But it does not play DVD because I do not have a decoder installed.

Other computers require that you enter setup and change the boot order in the optical drive first of all from there. When you start your computer it will be information about which key press to enter the BIOS (Setup) or give you the temporary boot order.

  You can in the finder copy your library to EHD. Make sure that the EHD are formatted OS Extended journaled. Open the library in iMovie to make sure that it copied correctly.

  Your post shows your PC than the execution of win10, but it comes preinstalled with Win8x.  This means that at some point, you've done setting at Win10 level, and unfortunately, that corrupts the information of HP recovery: HP Recovery Manager blocked after Windows 10 Upgrade - HP Support Forum's - 5170752

  Once you do this upgrade, the ONLY way to perform a recovery after that use HP recovery media.

  Ordinarily, I advise to use HP recovery media to restore your PC to its original state. That would erase the entire disk, format the drive and install the operating system, drivers and utilities HP.
  
  Unfortunately, there is no support of HP recovery related to HP for your PC Product Page. This could be an oversight by HP, or it could also mean that HP stock is no longer the recovery media for your PC.

  My advice make a library of portable split is a general guide, but as such, it has all sorts of details that you may not need.

  I guess you have previously installed iTunes such as library files were in the usual place of C:\Users\ < user > \Music\iTunes but the media were on an external drive, for example in X:\ < Media folder >, and no longer have access to the old library, or are perhaps new to iTunes, then so be it you will need to start over again. If, then hold down the SHIFT key when you launch iTunes. Keep now until you see a prompt to create or choose a library. Click on create and make a new library at the root of the external drive, i.e. as X:\iTunes , where X is the drive letter of the external drive. Once this operation is complete, use Windows Explorer to move the existing media folder within the X:\iTunes\iTunes Media, rename the folder that you moved as say other media to avoid any possible confusion in the future, select the menu with Ctrl + B bar and use file > add folder to library, to import the file to other media in the library. Will everything that iTunes adds to the library be shuffled around. All that remains in the other media will be happy that iTunes does not know what to do with such incompatible media or album art carried out by Windows Media Player. You can sift throigh this, take what you want and use replacements for all players what you keep.

  Independent of how this feature works, you want to have your photos in one place and have a backup (second copy) somewhere else. All hard drives will not be successful at some point - some more early, some late - never trust to have your files in any safety devices if they are on a single disc. Once you have your sorted, it would be useful that you will organize/name/tag new photos immediately if the task is relatively short and simple. I copy my photos on my internal hard drive for my camera, take a quick look with preview to see who needs some changes and then decide where to put them - either drop them immediately after naming them or bring in an editing application and then file them away.

  This problem has been resolved in collaboration with support of higher HP for Z book 17 mobile workstation.

  Steps:

  (1) determines that it is not NTFS problem

  (2) using the MSCONFIG the problem has been isolated to a single service

  When this service has been disabled and after reboot, the problem of access to the files is resolved.

  Results: HP had installed software on the HP Z book 17 laptop or mobile workstation which, by default, block communication with external hard drives and flash drives external.

  This HP Client Security software replaces or blocks all right click changes settings become apparent.  It blocks the change of ownership.  It blocks the administrator privileges.  It blocks all is used.

  The HP Client Security software has been changed and changed to deny privileges (default setting) to allow the communication with external drives.  When you go into the setting for this software, it is now a humming noise and maybe I need to download the drivers and software again to see if this problem is also corrected.

So whenever I click on a folder for documents, it will open in another screen, but I can't ever see as a folder only content inside, I need to find a way to cancel some setting in my computer that changes every folder I creat in a shortcut that reads-card: cmd (C:\Windows\System32)

  It seems that the data on the hard drive is damaged. I suggest you plug the drive on another computer or another port on the same computer to see if the data is accessible.

  If you take a backup of the data in the drive and try to format the drive.
