  If the web page has not correctly detected your operating system, select it by using the drop-down list.  Rather than using the "Combo package" recommended but huge, expand the "Drivers" section and download driver printer v2.32 to a location that you will remember later.

  • Click on the ORB start and go into devices and printers.
  • Select (click) the icon of your Epson printer.
  • Once you have selected the printer, a button labeled "Print server properties" will appear in the toolbar.  Click on this button.
  • Click the "Drivers" tab on the print server properties dialog box.
  • Select the Epson printer in the list of installed printer drivers, and then click 'remove '.
  • In the context menu, select "Remove driver and driver package" and click OK
  • Click Yes, and then delete
  • Once the removal process is complete, restart the computer (probably not really necessary, but can't hurt)
  • Install the driver and the software using the file that you downloaded earlier

  OK, can you try to use another USB cord and then after replacing the power cord, try printing a few pages. You might want to try and uninstall the software and then reinstall once you replace the cord.

  Let me know if you have already tried another USB cord.

  My question is very simple. I tried all the options I could think for my printer detect the alignment page and it is still unable to detect the page. Can someone who has had the same problem please send me a list of recommended procedures to solve the problem? I intend to go through one by one until it is resolved. The post that I found with this exact topic didn't have a sufficient response that other that the user placed a bunch of papers on the page alignment and the printer worked...   What are the levels of ink in each cartridge?  I connected a troubleshooting document that addresses the lack of alignment.  Click here  You could take a look and perform one of the steps that you did not.  Let me know how it goes.

  I desperately need help... I have a photosmart 5520 printer all in one for more than a year, it is set up wireless with my laptop HP and up to today, it worked perfectly.   I set my printer up to send a scan of documents for me whenever my laptop isn't on. It requires a code PIN to send the document. Unfortunately I misplaced the PIN code and is forced to locate or reset. Reflected on the printer to the title web services, I can't see an option to do this. I have also recorded in the centre of ePrint online but have been unable to locate or find a reset it either.

  The best way to access the app is actually access your ePrint account and add the scan for app by email to your printer.  Once you add the application to your printer go to your apps on the front panel and you should see the scanning to e-mail.  I hope this helps.
