HP IS CRAP AND SO IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE
need a new mouse and wireless keyboard, the mouse does not work and the key board is not support to stand on. I called and spoke to a representative of coarse cs who wanted to tell me he wasn't a musician and that he could not make a keyboard appear that he had a hard time to understand me and there was a cross language there so I asked if he was calling from inside the United States, it irrate that I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said if I don't have a reason found for me of hang up call back and speak with someone else... my habit of touch screen even work and my calculation cut without notice and takes 10-20 minutes to trim on the... PLEASE HELP WITH THIS QUESTION
PS I have an extended warranty on most 200 dollars FOR ALL 4 AND this ONE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IVE HAD of PROBLEMS WITH

I can not connect to my Skype account, but I changed the password. I contacted Skype customer service and signed a form. The customer service said I would reply with 24 hours. But I still don't respond after a day still.
I'm really worried. I don't know how long it will take to recover my account. I always use the email that I use to record the Skype account. But I remember the memory register information.
What should I do? Just wait? I need my Skype account to communicate with my clients. I can lose my job if I lose my Skype account. Please, a good man trying to help me.

disappointed by the customer service
I had the same experience today. First purchase of Dell and I am extremely disappointed by the customer service. I remember and different people hang up on me as soon as I told them upset how I was. At any given time, a supervisor, which I complained to and his response was, "I'm sorry to hear, than I can help you with" didn't even want the names of the representatives, I had spoken with. Absolutely no respect for the customers. I'm reluctant to say it's because of the where they are, but it seems that there are cultural differences in how to treat customers.

Windows 8 could not connect to the Customer Service of group policy on my HP Pavilion
We recently purchased a HP Pavilion laptop g6 C7C77UA #ABL with 8 64-bit Windows. It seemed to work fine until a week ago (we only had it for 2 weeks). I can access the computer through my user that I'm the system administrator, but my husband try to click on the user whenever he has a message that appears saying Windows cannot connect to the customer service group policy, please see your system administrator. He could access his side in all first, we bought the computer.
I did troubleshooting and it comes up saying that Windows Firewall is configured incorrectly. I tried to go in the windows firewall, but it is not letting me, he just guard spinning and finally said that he does not.
So far, I like my HP Pavilion, but I'm about to throw it out the window because of Windows 8. Please help me! Thank you!

I tried to contact customer service and I hit the proverbial block wall. I need to talk to someone to get the PIN number on my daughter's blackberry. It's a safety issue, and I can't go to the customer service. She asks her ESN number and when I get it, I get an error message that is not valid. I called both his phone and other attempint of mobile phone to get through without result. Is there a number to get hold of a live person to explain the problem and the need for change? I tried to update the CC apps for a few weeks. None of them will be fully download and update. They all give this error message:

A few years back, I bought CS5. because of my house having to repair my Adobe CS5 has been lost in the move. Then I had to take care of my mother who died later of cancer.
