HP keyboard mapping inorrect freshly installed Windows 7 / XP on HP Pavilion 500-202eo

Hello

After you have installed Windows 7 Ultimate on HP Pavilion 500 - 202eo, I noticed that the HP keyboard connected is incorrectly mapped. I had exact same questions with the mapping of the keyboard with new operating system installs on oher systems as well, but couldn't really find a solution for this. In fact, certain symbols appear to move; While normally, where usually I had to press Alt Gr + 2 I got the sign @, I must now press shift. The? + button now product - character, while pressing on - product button /, <>product button------etc. I tried to put the keyboard in 'Norwegian', which is the layout of my keyboard, but nothing helped. It seems that I must be missing some type of a pilot or a patch, which is present on each preinstalled system that I own, but somehow is missing on installed fresh, even if there are no conflicts in Device Manager. I have the same problem on the XP installation. Any suggestions?

Hello again once, I managed to solve this problem by specifying the correct keyboard language in Control Panel. I didn't need drivers after all.

  • No Audio output device is installed (Windows 10 64 bit, HP Pavilion 500 series)

    Model number: 500-007 a

    Operating system: 10 64-bit Windows

Description of the problem: no sound.

    Hello

I came from TenForums forum, hoping to find a solution to the problem of noise from my office.

Status of the solution of the problem is at: http://www.tenforums.com/drivers-hardware/45369-no-audio-output-device-installed.html

When I move my cursor on the audio icon on the corner at the bottom right of the screen, the message of the index says "no Audio output device is installed". By clicking on the audio icon so that windows are trying to solve the problem will not solve the problem.

In Device Manager, I have 2 "High definition audio controller" that display a yellow "!" mark on them. Both controllers are on the devices tab of system.

As you can see in the picture above, there is no tab "audio, video controller and game."

How can I get my sound back?

    Thank you.

    You are the very welcome.

What worries me is that your device manager does not have the IDT HD audio listed under sound video and game controllers Device Manager.

Normally, when you install W10, the IDT HD audio device is in the list, and it just doesn't work.

You can try reinstalling W10 and see what happens.

  • Does anyone has installed Windows 7 on a laptop Pavilion DV2175

If anyone has installed Windows 7 on a laptop Pavilion DV2175 and if so it is 32 or 64 bit

    Hello:

There is an unofficial update guide to windows 7 for the series dv2000.

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/notebook-operating-systems-and-software/Windows-7-upgrade-guide-for-DV2000-models/m-p/186936#M28141

Given that the maximum amount of memory, that you can install on your laptop is only 2 GB, I'd go with W7 32 bit, as a 64 bit OS requires more memory and disk space to run a 32 bit OS only.

    Not double, but more.

    Hello

    You are welcome

If the CD/DVD drive in the works of PC Gateway, you can (at least temporarily) remove it and install it in the HP, you can run your recovery disc and reinstall Vista.  Once everything is running on the HP, you can always remove the CD/DVD drive and reinstall it in the gateway PC if you wish.

    Kind regards

    Hello

You can buy a license of Windows 7 64-bit.  Buy external DVD media.

You can find the HP Windows 7 64 bit drivers posted here.

This document will instruct you on how to disable the UEFI mode and the mode of inheritance.

Don't forget to create the external HP recovery media before attempting to change the BIOS settings and installing Windows 7.

  • Fresh Install Windows 7 x 64 IE 9 Flash Player Crash

    Hello all,.

I'm working on a major imaging project for my organization.  I am about to create a new image for some of our machines, while I was preparing reference computers.  I noticed that when the flash drive is enabled in IE 9 it blocks the browser.  I get the error "Internet Explorer has stopped working".  I can click the button close program, IE will try to revive the same page and I get the error once again with a bar on devices of the window indicating "a problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer close and reopen the tab".  After a few rounds of this, I get the "Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this Web site."  It's product on two different machines, I was preping.

Here are the details of what I did for these machines: (E6420 Dell and Dell E6320)

1 installed Windows 7 x 64 installation media (obscured the disk in order to install fees)

    2 installed MS 11.0.6200.754

    3. installation off Dell, all pilots fees website.

    4. installation of Office 2010.

5 ran and updated TO MICROSOFT update, SP1 and IE 9 included.

6 went to Adobe.com and installed the last Acrobat, Flash and Shockwave Player of links on the home page.

    7. restarted and now whenever I go to any page containing Flash objects I get the above error.

    Here is the version:

    Windows 7 x 64 SP1

    THAT IS TO SAY 9.0.8112.16421

Shockwave Flash Object (enabled in Manage Add-ons) 10.2.159.1

As said they are two machines brand new, two fresh charges two lots of cool software from the web and two machines with unacceptable problems when Flash is installed.  What is happening here?

Thanks a lot for your time!

It turns out that this accident was video related.  The system in question had the Intel HD Graphics Family and NVIDIA NVS 4200 M adapters available.  After update Intel drivers from 8.15.10.2270 to 8.15.10.2347 (as dated 28/03/2011) accidents keep occurring.

  • Get Word Perfect x 4 to work on my freshly installed Windows 7.

I have tried everything I know to get WordPerfect x 4 to work on my newly installed Windows 7 on my Dell OPtiplex gx270s with 2 GB of ram, video card 512 MB. I know that it is in the computer because I have it works well on my laptop with Win 7 and less powerful. I went to the Corel site made the registry changes they suggest and tried to make it work under another version (Vista and XP). When I load load WordPerfect, the screen appears as normal, then the message "WordPerfect X 4 stopped working: a problem caused blocking the program working properly." Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "Quatro Pro (spreadsheet) seems to work fine, except when he has to interface with WP, then it does the same thing. Is there anything short of re-formatting to make it work or even set?
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I found that, during an update, one of my files has been corrupted. When WP is open, it tries to open the usual workspace, it crashes as it tries to open the damaged file. To solve the problem, I removed all the my WP files to a USB key, delete them from the "my files" WP opened successfully and then open the files on the USB one by one until I found the damaged file. then I put all the files except the corrupted file to return to the directory. WP, then very well opens, simply recreate the file that has been tampered.

  • Hard disk formatted, freshly installed Windows 8, but it does not work with the old key

I had bought a Lenovo Z570 two years back, with Original Windows 7 Home Premium.

When Windows 8 released in November 2012, I had bought and upgraded online for her.

I had used the Windows 8 since then. Yesterday, due to various problems, I had to format my hard drive, and when I finally managed to install Windows 8 on my laptop again, it does not allow me to activate windows 8 using my normal key (he says that this key did not work)

It was the key in the email from the seller, and I have an e-mail, which has a Bill to prove.
I guess this could be due to the PC 1 by purchase clause, however, it's the same PC (more like laptop). So I do not understand why I would not be allowed to activate the software I used earlier on the same laptop still on the same laptop after installing it.

Please get to me as soon as possible if there is a solution.

    Thanks in advance.

Hey! Thanks for your help, but I had refreshed my windows 8 in the meantime and connected to the internet after that. and then when I followed your instructions and run slui.exe, it says that windows is activated. so I guess that the problem is solved.

    Hello:

The only other than W8/8.1 x 64 operating system that runs on your laptop is W7 x 64.

You can use all the W7 x 64 drivers and this model on your software.

Your model uses the AMD graphics driver. To install the AMD and Intel GPU.

DO NOT USE ANY BIOS OR THE FIRMWARE OF THIS MODEL FILES

If your laptop comes with the Ralink WiFi card, you need this driver bluetooth of Ralink and software, not one of the above model.

  • Install Windows 8 on pc Hp pavilion dv6 - 6113 cl/entertainment

HY I thought that it can install Windows 8 in my unit, I ask this question because there is no windows 8 are available for my device driver so please give me some advice about this...? :)

It is NEVER a good idea to install an operating system for which there is no specific driver of the OS.

You can run the Windows 8 Upgrade Advisor, see here...

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/upgrade-to-Windows-8

BUT while he will probably tell you that it works, does that tell you, this is HOW it will work. Video drivers are especially a problem because it is through the screen you determine how everything works. If the screen is not running as well as it did under Windows 7 because the only available driver for Windows 8 is basic, you will be disappointed by Windows 8...

Windows 7 is a great operating system stable, for which your machine is fully supported. You would do well to stick with it.

    Hi all

I recently bought a new HP Pavilion 500-c00z desktop computer and I am trying to load Windows 7 Home Premium X 64 on the machine.  The operating system is loaded, and I found all the drivers for the hardware except one.  I was hoping someone on the forum could point me in the right direction for the correct driver.  Here is the hardware ID.

    PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7814 & SUBSYS_2B05103C & REV_01
    PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7814 & SUBSYS_2B05103C
    PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7814 & CC_0C0330
    PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7814 & CC_0C03

Fouund it.  Leaving here for reference.

SMB Chipset video controller, SATA and USB 3.0 are all in http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows

For this system, use the 13.12, i.e. this file version: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/13-12_win7_win8_32-64_sb.exe
