  I see that you wonder if you need to replace the color cartridge when it is low. This printer is a printer AIO, therefore, you need to replace the ink cartridge when it becomes too weak to be able to resume printing. However, if you print mostly in black, you can configure a preset black only to print in black and white. This would help reduce the use of the color cartridges.

  NOTE: Composite black - for black and white images and photos, a mix of colors called 'composite black' can be used to achieve the quality significantly improved picture and soft gray tones that can be achieved with only black toner. For users who want to print images using just black toner, many HP printers color customer offer configurable options allowing the client to print using only black toner.   You can copy the documents from the ADF legal format.

  Place the document in the ADF, select copy on the printer icon, and then tap Settings, contact paper in the list, select the type of paper used and the legal. Select the back button and touch black or color to begin copying.

  This information is provided by the mfp Laserjet Pro M127fw sheet.

  ADF scan size: 8.5 x 14 to the Maximum; 6 x 4.5 at least; Flat: 8.5 x 11.7 in.

  I had to receive two pages of fax. After that the first page has come through it is stuck "print fax page 1. The second page is never good. I can't print anything.   Are total impressions on the Page report cumulative use for the life of the machine?

  I want to print a Page 'use' every month, because I want to know the total number of impressions (impressions & copies) I print every month, or between two dates for that matter.  This will also help me to know the number of impressions I get from my ink, etc.

  If the 'Total' Impressions is cumulative, then I can just subtract two numbers - one of the last - to get the difference.  But if this isn't the case, then I have no precise information.
