  Are you looking for a current internal wireless card in my mini 1035NR to a 802.11ac to be compatible with my home network.  Want to know what cards do not work (not on the white list in the bios) before buy you. Is there a list to show what cards would work? Seen 7260 Intel but it looks like success in a laptop HP is not guaranteed.

  Map No. 802.11ac will work. They did not exist when the laptop was built, so it can't be on the white list. Here is the Mini 1035nr REPAIR, and it lists a single wireless, a Broadcom card. See page 14:

• HP Mini 1035NR Recovery DVD

  My HP Mini 1035NR did not come with recovery of the DVD.  I read the mixed statements and comments on this product if this template should or should not come with these discs, but I do know that mine did not have them when I opened the box.  I ended up ordering the DVD of the website of HP recovery and then discovered the apps that DVD does not have MS Works, which is part of the original software that was loaded on the computer!  There is a "recovery image" utility on the HP website for this model that indicates that you can create a recovery image on a flash bootable device - I followed the instructions to the letter on different Windows computers and each time, the process fails when it tries to write the recovery image in the flash player.  I used several different flash drives, ranging from 4 GB to 8 GB, as the program to use a flash drive > 2 GB.  When I couldn't get it work, that's when I decided to go ahead and order the DVD of the value at my expense, because I have an external optical drive.  I am so bored and irritated - can anyone help?  Thank you

  It's actually good that it didn't work.

  The download is to reinstall the HP MI (Linux) operating system.

  The download creates a bootable USB key with the HP MID operating system.

  It should not be associated with your model. and I'm not clear as to why it appears in the downloads for your model.

  Hello everyone, I know you don't have care not Hello but rather than the problem at hand. anyway I need another hard disk of 60 GB for the mini I have because it gave me the blue screen of death and also in the BIOS told me that my HARD drive is in BAD condition, Ann developed it will say warnings for writeback failed on some things, and also ive noticed that when I play Halo sound not as fast as it has been as well as many other things and ive tried system restore also and still will not make much difference. I have not explored the jungle with her, but sometimes sometimes I fall on my desk, it's a reason very likey. Everyone ant to help out by allowing me to know if there is a place on earth that will transport a HDD specially for my mini? Another note, it's that I DON'T want an SSD. as I have my laptop on my desk, 95% of the time it is not necessary.

  1. it is still under original factory warranty?  If so, call the HP Technical Support for replacement under warranty.

  So my ID Apple was recently hacked and had to change my password on all my devices (iPhone 6 and mini iPad). But now that I changed, my iMessage works well for my iPhone, but on my iPad, I have no option to choose my phone number. I tried to reset iMessage, reset my iPad, everything.   I have a Mac Mini 2011 with two 500 GB hard drives.  I have apps and General things about hard drive #1 and #2 only has pictures and videos.  Will be Time Machine backs up both drives to my external hard drive as one or two separate back ups?  I see files of backup HD #1, but not sure if the HD #2 files are also there.  I can't find an answer in the support documents.  Ideas?
