  I had the same problem on my Tecra M1. First of all, I tried to remove the blue cover since the pointer of the mouse and remove dust.   If your computer came with windows 8.1, there precision touchpad. You must Open PC settings (press and windows key and tap I key) and click / tap on PCs and devices on the left side.  Click/click on mouse and touch pad on the left side, right under the touch keyboard, move the slider to the right to turn on the Touchpad. You will find all the settings to configure your touchpad.

  I spent together Saturday morning trying to solve this problem. I guess that's the nature of a developer... just can't let the problem go.

  I went through the system (for example. Service restarted for tactile keyboard, change the display of the second parameter, etc.). The keyboard behaves differently, but still NOT correctly.

  A flawed work around is to make the keyboard appear on the main screen and move it to the second screen, i.e. in this case the touchpad. The downside is that the keyboard is too big... Photo 2 and photo 3

  Uninstall the driver for the Wacom tablet... Restarting... Install the driver... Restarting...

  The tactile keyboard on touch pad works perfectly now!

  When the tablet was first installed on Sprout, they work very well together... There are a few recent update Windows or germs causing the lag... The lesson learned is that simply update the driver without uninstalling will not help... Next time when there is an update, I might need to go through the same process again...
