  I see that you encounter a problem starting the laptop computer. Now, if you went out hard and tested in another laptop and it works very well, most probably the motherboard gives you the BSOD.

  The most recent mini 210-1000 with product number WA543UA #ABA ad product name HP Mini 210-1010NR has a disk hard Serial ATA II (SATA).  If it is indeed this than yours, it means that a SATA SSD would fit well and work.

  Hello I am new to this forum, I am trying to reinstall windows xp on my hp mini 311-1000NR after formatting it. It cannot continue after loading the drivers because it does not find my sata HARD drive. I searched all over the web I don't find much help on the mini 311 on account of its new market, in any case, I tried all that I even made a copy of my xp cd and slipstreamed on sata drivers to. I'm totally lost please help someone. Thank you

  You have the ION platform, I don't have any experience with the ION platform, but strong posibility you sata/raid driver problem. try sliptream Nvidia sata/raid drivers as provided in the attachments.

  Sliptream that the two files with Nlite, not sure it will work, please report to help others.

  Logitech M505 mouse works perfectly, but I have to remove the Unifying USB receiver whenever I start my laptop Netbook (HP Mini 311) otherwise reboot will suspend computer and never finish the boot process.  If the Unifying USB receiver is removed before the computer begins its startup process everything works perfectly and I just plug in USB Unifying receiver and it is recognized and I'm calculation until the next time I need to use the computer.   I installed & removed and reinstalled the software at least 5 times. I use the latest version of the software and the driver.  All the world run into this kind of situation?

  I took my own suggestion of flashing the Bios and it worked the first time.  This is one of those self speak aloud of bugs.  It was a good day, the problem is solved !
