HP officejet 7500 a - paper do not match

My 7500 a print is no longer a word doc (2003)
-error message: paper or type format is incompatible.  We have not added or changed all programs.  I am able to print photos & documents from excel.  When this first started happening, I could click ok and the doc would be to print anyway.  Now, I just cancel printing.

I followed the instructions in a post on the verification of paper size/type and location.  All that is correct.  I downloaded the HP print & scan doctor, it seems not found no problem, but I could not even print a test page.

  • HP Officejet 7500 E910: Paper stops feeding finally inch page

    I use my HP Officejet 7500 E910 to print a page of book of 12 X 12 scrap metal without borders.  The page is perfect with the exception of the last inch. The paper stops feeding the last inch or so while the keeps printing print head causing the ruined page.   The printer is about 3 years, can print 12 X 12 pages perfectly.   Any ideas?

  • HP Officejet 6500 n710z: paper feed not working

    My printer suddenly stopped picking up the paper from the tray.  I cleaned the rollers, but the only way he'll be looking for if I force a sheet at the back of the printer.  I get error #0x61011bef, but it gives me no help.

    I saw your post on the problems you are having with your Officejet 6500 a, as it is no longer pick up the papers and now telling you an error code. I wanted to share some information with you to see if it can help you!

    The error code you are seeing is normally a failure of printer error and with regard to the printer does not pick up the paper, please try the steps in the guide below.

  • HP Officejet 7500 a: HP Officejet 7500 has no scan not after installing Windows 10

    The printer works, but when you try to parse the response is HP7500 is not found.

    On the Manage your tab scanner once you set Scan to computer you get soon a message saying that the Scan of the computer is no longer available, and before that an error message on the printer control panel

    I tried to reinstall the software and driver.  The answer is that my software is up to date. I deleted the driver, but get the same problem when the software is reinstalled

    I solved the problem completely Unistalling the driver and software and by installing the latest version of the complete software and drivers.  Thank you for your support.  John

  • OfficeJet 7500: HP L7500 Scanner not recognized after last update Win 10

    I have this same problem on all my PC from the most recent Win 10 update 3 March 2016.  All the pc to connect to the printer via a wireless connection with the printer connected to the router using one if the router is NIC ports.  Just to be clear, I just downloaded the latest drivers that you show here for this printer.  If I use the drivers them or earlier, I can't the PARSER must be recognized.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers more recent and even tried the original CD (which are Vista drivers).  All to nothing does not.  When I try to scan I get this msg on the screen: "the analysis cannot because another program or computer using the networked HP imaging device.  Try again later. "The error information extened is:"8 (0.18,-2147467259)"[whatever that means]!.

    I also tried physician Scan (latest version).  He concludes by saying: he can not solve the problem.  I did the food printer disonnect, etc. in full agreement with the instructions here.  The PRINTER works fine and it appears in the network installation.  It's the Scanner is not working.  And it worked until the most recent upgrade to win 10.

    I use Kaspersky Antivirus and it is ON and operational during the installation.  What can we do to get the scanner to work? integrated application of win 10 Scan Lele reports that it cannot find the scanner, so it's help.  Until this last Win 10 update, method also used to work.

    From your post, I understand that you are able to receive faxes, but unable to send fax.
    Canyou help me understand the physical connection between the telephone wall jack and the printer.
    What kind of phone line you use, it is a shared or dedicated line

    go to the Menu Setup > Fax Setup.

    Error Correction mode 1 - Off
    2 - fax speed - slow (9600 bps)
    3-fax Confirmation - on (fax)
    Try to send faxes, see if it can help... If it doesn't matter what the three failure code capture number that gets printed

  • OfficeJet 7500 has paper feed

    New printer, have not been able to run the installation, the head alignment or print anything. Nothing that jams and processed pages quickly, but sometimes I get a message saying: problem with the printer. Refer to the documentation for the 0x61011bed printer.

    Does anyone have an idea? I'm ready to send it back or throw it out the window. Help please

    Try printing on paper 3 3/4 "X 6 3/4" (95 x 172 mm). 98% of my attempts, the book is not picked up or jams immediately. All attempts to set the guides and performance white paper, the same results. Appreciated recommendations.

    I don't really know what you'd call the Micro Soft Surface Pro 2, because it works like a laptop but it is also like a tablet.  My problem is when I want to print on my HP Officejet 7500 large-format printer, I can't choose a large format paper, because it does not appear in the options.  It was on my old laptop.  There was even a choice of paper size custom, but that does not appear.  What is the windows 8 or the surface pro itself.  I tried the solution everywhere without any help.  I need to print 12 x 12 for project this weekend.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that you are not able to select the page sizes large-format for your Officejet 7500 has large Format e-all-in-one printer on your tablet of Microsoft Surface. Looks like your printer has been installed with the built in Windows drivers and not the drivers of HP.

    Select the required operating system and download the software HP Officejet full feature and the driver. Once it is downloaded to install the software and follow the instructions to install it.

    Error message: paper detected does not match format of paper or type selected

    This error message appears on the printer display panel any time a custom paper size has been set up in Word (or any other application) and the format of paper & type was inserted in the Officejet Pro 8600 paper tray.  This error is generated by the printer regardless the orietation or margins or paper size settings in the document to match the paper size in the paper tray.  When you press 'OK' on the printer display panel, the printer ejects paper correctly.  Because this printer lacks a manual bypass tray, the custom paper is always inserted in the Tray1 and is the only book in this tray 1.  It's a simple tray 8600 more.

    Unfortunately, you cannot print on a paper size "undefined" with printers. While the functionality is available in word, our printers do not recognize that the sizes of the main paper (these changes according to the country sometimes).

    The reason for this is because undefined paper sizes open the printer and the print job to a certain number of risks, including jams paper or misaligned printing. This is why the function is no more on HP printers.

    I recommend to find a type of traditional paper which is close to the size you want to print on and select in the layout of the print job as a workaround for this problem.

    I have a Mac Book Pro running Mac OS X 10.7.5 (just updated all the software).

    I connect my MacBook to the internet through my Apple Time Capsule (wired connection). I use version 6.1 (610-31) Airport utility and I just updated the version of the firmware to 7.6.1

    I use a local wireless through my Time Capsule.

    I just bought a large format HP Officejet 7500 a (model name: C9309A).

    The printer has been set up to detect my wireless LAN and initially he worked for printing and scanning, but it has recently discontinued. I tried to uninstall (purification) the software of my laptop HP, all my software update and reinstall the HP software on my laptop, but it still does not work.

    The printer is connected to my time capsule via an ethernet cable and a USB cable. It also includes Wi - Fi connection generates my time capsule. I have preferthe printer plugged into the router (time capsule) rather than a WiFi connection I print large files.

    I can install the printer on my computer mac laptop (settings/printers & scanners). I added it as a wireless and a wired connection through my time capsule (it shows that the connection is done by the time capsule). However when I print, there is a long delay, the printer now says "printing", but I get the error on my laptop screen "can not write print data: ÿ * xˇ.» A few minutes later a blank page or a page with a single line is ejected from the printer.

    If I go into the configuration of the HP printer, it says I'm under pilot 3.4.1. If I try to open the printer utility I get a message "utility HP does not work with the devices connected to the airport. Try to connect the camera directly to your Mac to work with her. " I tried to connect directly to my Mac via the USB cable and which does not work either. I prefer that the printer is not connected directly to my laptop I have few USB ports.

    In my view, this printer is supposed to be compatible with my system.

    Turn it on wireless and then try to access the EWS - embedded Web server by typing the IP address of printers in the browser's address bar Safari. I would like to know if you are able to access the built-in Web server?

    Method of connection: network

    Description of the problem: number of page do not match

    If I double click on the "hp officejet 6700" icon on my desktop.

    Then click on "view the ink level.

    Then click on the reports of the device"" tab.

    Then click on "check printing.

    The report provides: Total number of printed Pages 8159

    If I double click on the "hp officejet 6700" icon on my desktop.

    Then click on "view the ink level.

    Then click on the "devices" tab

    Then click on "printer ews home page."

    Then click on the 'Tools' tab, I see:

    Total number of pages

    6725

    Difference = 8159-6725 = 1434

    Can someone tell me why these numbers are different? They represent different totals?

    I see that you have questions about your number of pages.  I would like to help.

    The built-in web server does not account for pages printed not across the network.  The number of printer pages all the elements. 1434 pages were not printed through the network, therefore, not counted in the SAP.
