    Hello

I have a printer of e-all-in-one large Format HP Officejet 7500 a - product E910a No.: C9309A serial no: [personal information deleted]

I need to replace the print head.

I found this on HP page http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02271166 they said it use the CN643A

On a support HP cat, what they said use CN642A.

On another page of HP, they said use CH638A.

The CN642A is now 5 HP564 ink cartridges, but still the HP web page said that it will work in my HP Officejet 7500 a large format using the HP920 cartridge.

I found other heads of printing on the web article CD868-30001 model number and on the web page of HP were unable to match the part number for a list of available models.

Now my big question including the number of pieces to the correct print to my printer head?

    Hello

I offer my apologies. It should have been if your printer uses 4 ink cartridges, type CN643A

Please click HERE to access the document to see what print head fits into your printer.

Check under Solution 4: replace the print head.

Step 2: Order the print head

    He states:

If your printer uses 4 ink cartridges, type CN643A

If your printer uses 5 ink cartridges, type CN642A

Please ignore my previous post where I suggested CN642A.

    Hi @Sinoj

    It seems that there could be something in the printing system which is at the origin of the ot printer driver for printing color. Please follow the following steps and let me know the result;

    Reset the printing system

    1. Click on the Apple icon ( ), then click on System Preferences.

  • HP Officejet 6500 Wireless print with black ink

HP Officejet Wireless 6500 won't print with black ink. This printer as worked perfectly for years. Now, all of a sudden, he leaves by using black ink. All other colors are working very well. Any ideas?

I tried several cleanings and reset by pressing on # and 3 when turning the power on. Nothing works, but the ink levels are declining due to all the cleanings trying to get this thing to work.

    I have it!

I have searched all over the internet for a solution to this problem. Some people have the right idea, but not how to implement it.

Problem: Black ink doesn't print all colors print but not

Reason: for black print head is clogged.

    Implementation of solution:

Set 920 ink jet cartridges in cartridge print head which is held in place by small arm on the right side of the ink cartridges.

    1. remove all the ink cartridges. I didn't want them to dry, so I wrapped them in plastic wrap.

    2. lift the arm and remove the print head cartridge.

3 rinse the WHOLE print HEAD under a stream of water. I know it sounds crazy, but it will work. I thought it was best to rinse all the (not only black) because if I did not then the ink left any color would dry up and clog in any case!

    4. I leave the printhead to dry for about an hour, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. When I handed the printhead my 6500 gave me an error message that it could not find the head of printing or something like that. I thought I ruined which was the risk I was willing to take. I went online and searched for a replacement at low prices. I immediately ordered it. But I have excluded the old printhead to dry just in case it is water which made it unnecessary.

    5. four days later I received a new printhead. Before I opened the package I tried the old an new AND IT WORKED! First, I installed the old print head cartridge, then each of the inks. After having done that, the 6500 did the rest. He went on a very long print head cleaning and alignment. He gave me the message "Please wait. Printer preparation occurring. »

    6. when the cleaning and alignment end it automatically prints a test page. It didn't look perfect the first time, but it was close. The message I got was, 'success. Alignment with success. Recycle or discard the printed page. Press Ok to continue. "The problem was that the ink cartridges were emptied of this whole process, even though they had about half of the ink when I removed them left. I changed the ink cartridges and did a cleaning and a level 2 cleaning and alignment. It worked!

    7. because I could not return the new printhead that I am now in case of failure of the print head for another reason.

I don't know how long it will take to dry print head after rinsing but I know works of 4 days. Perhaps a few days would have been sufficient. If someone does and less time please let others know here.

If you don't have success using my method, at least you know it will solve a new printhead. I paid about $35 for a new.

    Good luck!!

    Hey kennethwk

Here are some measures you can take to try to get your iPhones reprint

    1. Unplug your router and your printer from power. Cut your iPhone (completely off, not only locked.) Wait 30 seconds
    2. Plug in your router. Expect that your router is entirely online (usually takes 30 to 60 seconds)
    3. Plug your printer. Wait until it returns to its home screen
    4. Turn your iPhone
    5. Try to print

  • HP OfficeJet Pro K5400 print is Cyan and yellow all of a sudden. Help, please...

OfficeJet Pro K5400 Cyan and yellow just stopped working at the same time (very strange).  I have read almost every post and tried almost everything including diagnostic tests that show that all is well (via the keys on the printer), test and all the other available tests in the manual of HP cleaning several times.  The diagnostic test shows no problem and brand new and full cartridges to max.  However the diagnostic characters shows that black and Magenta, but no Cyan, yellow or any other color.  I took out the printheads, cleaned connectors, soak the heads and everything else you can imagine and not luck. I need to have finished the power and "hard reset" on a dozen times.  I can't imagine that two printhead (cyan on a yellow on the other) has just decided to die at the same time.  I can't be driver/software related because I did the tests directly from the printer.  The only thing I can think is maybe cyan and yellow parched when I took out the cartridges at staples with me to reference.  All cartridges have been taken out of the printer for 2 weeks or more.  Any thoughts?

Ouch - two weeks with the cartridges removed probably allowed 'plumbing' between the cartridges and printer to dry and clog.  If the print head and cartridges were never removed and it is also possible for the tubes to drain and air to block channels of ink.

You tried to clean the printhead a couple of times, I suggest three levels of cleaning in the sequence of head running.  Each level of cleaning up to three will be a more energetic cleaning.  You have probably already found the Troubleshooting page here.

Scroll down this page and click on the + to expand the Windows section, then scroll down to the section on executing a cleaning of the Control Panel, click on the +.  It is said:
  • OfficeJet 7500 a: print tabloid pages

I got no problem with printing pages tabloid of Autocad on this printer so far.  I had to replace my computer this weekend.  AutoCAD no longer allows me to print 11 x 17.  It does not list this option paper format.  In fact, he told me that this printer will not support this paper size.

My new computer is a desktop HP Envy.  The operating system is Windows 10.  I work with Autocad 12.  My olde computer was a desktop HP Pavilion, also Windows 10 computer, and I have not had any problems with tabloid pages print in Autocad 12.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for using the HP forum.

You can download and install the software COMPLETE features of HP printing for your operating system:

Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

The tabloid size option should be in the print driver after you install the FULL features software.

    Hope that helps.

Since the upgrade to Windows 10, A3 paper size option has disappeared from the list of available paper sizes.

Tried reloading the driver but the message comes back that it is up-to-date.

I'm guessing that this driver must be the default driver from Windows 10 and that he does not know the size of A3 paper.

  • OfficeJet 7500 a cannot print personalized formats?

I recently bought the HP Officejet 7500 a print on large custom formats. In the specifications of the product it is said that the sizes are available for the printer. However, when I tried to print on a custom format, there is no option to set a custom paper size. I checked the manual and was shocked to see a note saying that the dimensions of the custom brackets are available for users of Mac OS X! I can't believe that this "detail" has been convniently in the product specifications. Is it possible possible to print papers costom formats in Windows on this printer? This problem is inexplicable to me. It seems that if the printer is capable of doing when a MAC is hooked up to then he should be able to do when a PC is connected to it? Are there drivers that could allow me to print paper sizes custom in Windows?

It would certainly be worth it to use the 7000 drivers.  You should be able to download the proper drivers and install them, and when the Setup program cannot find the printer select "continue".  Then, use "Add a printer" and choose the 7500 the same port.  If for any reason that the driver will not let me install without the connected printer know and we can find a solution for this.

I'm curious to know if the printer is using the correct printer driver. Check the device and printers to see if the class driver is used, rather than the HP driver.

    To devices and printers.

    • Press the Windows logo key + S to open the search.
    • Enter in devices and printers in the start search box and press or click devices and printers.

If you see the printer HP Officejet 7500 a class driver, please re - add the printer using the HP printer Assistant.

You can also run print and scan doctor to determine if the driver is damaged or improperly installed. Download and run the print and Scan of the doctor.

What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

Also, here is a link to the latest print driver if you need.

Please reply to this message with the result of your troubleshooting. I can't wait to hear strings attached good luck!
