HP Omni 120-1024 all-in-one - I think I'll have hard disk problems, I can replace "on my own"?

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but with the all-in-one is so compact and mysterious, I'm not confident juggling it as I used to be when I got a tour.

This week the computer starts to work slower than snails. as something and 10 minutes later, he answers with a click. I ran the tests for the virus, but they do not somewhere through; I noticed a ton of mistakes in the event vwr posing problems SATA. I tried to run the Diagnostics and it FROZE at the SMART test.

I'm afraid it's the hard drive, I'm still trying to diagnose. I just want to know how it is difficult for the swap on a hard drive on one of these all-in-one.

BTW, this computer is only 1 year and 4 months. Looks really 'young' to a hard drive failure, I had computers in the past which lasted for years and years.

    Yes, the error message said you that your hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.  You should buy a hard drive of the same size or larger than that to be replaced.  Otherwise, the system recovery media will not work.

    The Omni 27 do not come with touchscreens. If you want a touch screen, I would say one of the Touchsmart computers.

    Installation memory PC3-1600 does not accelerate memory, being the fastest, it can be run to 1066 MHz.

    Even the 1333 MHz memory only runs at 1066 MHz, which is the highest speed of the processor.

    I can tell you that memory installation in any PC HP that has a series 5 including your Intel chipset (and uses the memory of the laptop) is very difficult to upgrade.

    Photsmart 7520e-All-in-One Printer - have had several printing problems with tints very concentrated prints all pink or all blue or all green or gray.  Place in a new point of sale because I read that it might be a power issue.  This seemed to solve the problem.  The next morning to see the same problem... rising arrrrgh.  Spent by the doctor to print-scanning HP and do you feel test shows I have counterfeit cartridge-[test print shows all alphabet caps and tiny alphabet; color block and alignment are perfect] and please note I have all the authentic color HP cartridges.  Printed quality report and it came out perfect 3 times. Printer a fourth and he came out with lines horizontal ghost on all color blocks.  Again to print and it was perfect.  Print report situation printer and not rated for conflicts.  Is it a power problem, Windows 7 problem - please help.

    Personally, I would say that the problem you describe sounds like a printhead problem and perhaps a cartridge problem, which should dissipate if you try another cartridge. My best advice would be to check the steps in the guide below, make sure that you have tried all the. Some steps may look familiar to you already did some work on this issue.

    If the problem arises again, however, after these steps, troubleshooting, I would recommend contacting HP directly, to see if they have a replacement option for you or for a trade in option.

    Oh, OK, well this isn't probably the problem, but for good measure, you should get the latest version of the software for your printer from the "support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

    In the meantime, we will reset the printing system:

    -Go to System Preferences > Print & Fax
    -Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
    WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
    -Select the sign more to add a printer. Top of the window, Select the default tab . Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.
