  Don t try to refresh the battery BT but uninstall the battery BT the system.

  Then download the CCleaner tool. This tool cleans up the registry and removes all traces of BT of the system.

  I remove the hard drive and attach it to your desktop and use the host operating system to run a check disk on your drive.  The laptop goes hard disk looking for instructions to start and he does not see the correct code.  This is probably due to a damaged boot sector.  Another idea is that your bios has changed and you have changed the SATA from AHCI to IDE type somehow or vice versa.   Follow these instructions to fix the Windows Firewall:
  Download and install repair Windows:

However, some were more difficult - I had to activate my antivirus via safe mode and I'm still unable to fix the WIFI and wired Auto Config service - I have fixed them on automatic but that they do not. When I try to start it manually, the service of 1068 error appears.
  Finally, please do not suggest the system restore because I did restore my system, and I can't do now restore either because the error 1068 points.
  PLEASE HELP, IT IS REALLY URGENT!

  I finally solved the problem with some Adobe programs starting do not; for example hearing, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro wouldn't start - error (0xc000007b).  Other Adobe programs (AfterEffects, bridge, still and Acrobat DC) started OK.  The solution was to 'Fix' the "redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ programs in the Control Panel - programs and features.  My system has 14 of them with dates from 2005 to 2015.  I have no idea who it was the problem since I have "repaired" all 14 before finding that the Adobe programs would now begin. Thanks for the suggestions!
