  If your try Windows 7 or Vista 64-bit, you will find Belkin isn't 64-bit drivers. However, Belkin do not have drivers anyway.   Hi, I have a Panasonic model NV-GS70B camcorder about six years which was supplied with a usb on a cd for windows XP driver and it worked fine on my old computer. It will not hold on my new computer windows 7 and Panasonic do not have a driver windows 7 for my camera. When I try to load the driver on the cd I get the message "the requested operation requires a rise." How can I do this?

  You can not. Panasonic have chosen to no longer to support your camcorder, if the end of the line re Windows 7.

   

  XP mode would be of no use to you, but maybe dual boot with XP ok. Of course, you would need a full commercial version of XP that would cost you $$$.

  I have to disagree. Since the camcorder seems to want to use cards SD buy a USB no expensive card reader (~ $ 5) would be a much cheaper option. All the answers and suggestions are provided by an enthusiastic amateur and are therefore no explicit or implicit guarantee. Basically, you use my suggestions at your own risk.

I downloaded the correct driver from the related city, it was for windows 8, I installed it and it gives the display a more sharp than before installation, but it was not as cool and sharp as it was in Windows 8 pre-installed. The text and any other presentation does not look much sharper and stronger as it should. so waiting for a new version of the display driver Windows Pro 8.1. Please answer and mention it in a link as soon as it is available for download.

  ATI/AMD site is general for all GPU ATI driver, HP site provides a driver ATI/AMD custom/tested for HP model.

  Unless the HP drivers are too old as in the case of XP, I recommend you to use the drivers from the HP site.
