HP Pavilion a6433.fr Desktop: wlan need driver

Hello

I had to reinstal windows on my computer today. After I couldn't find a driver for my 802.11 Wlan. He worked before reinstalling windows and 2 years ago, I found a driver on the web, it won't work this time, when I installed a driver.  A: this is

USB\VID_148F & PID_5372 & REV_0101

I found a driver on the web, but after installing it (she did the wlan light up during installation) I must deconnect and reconnect and then click on the new material instalbox which opens onto the bottom of the screen. After I go and search for the driver but it fails. It will not work.

Can someone help me please.

Thank you

Hello:

According to the specifications of your PC, it came not with the wireless network card.

When I google the hardware ID you posted, it decodes as a Ralink USB a wireless controller type.

The only suggestion I can offer is to try the driver directly from Mediatek (Ralink).

    Hello

I really need help to find the driver on the right wireless for my Satellite P750-114-PSAY3E-02D002EN. I went through the trouble to install Windows 7 without using the recovery disk that you can get from the hidden HARD disk (I had 300 GB of files I didn t want to lose) and I got a nightmare to find the drivers for this laptop. (you mind I was warned by friends that Toshiba can be a real pain, but it's actually an understatement).

Now (after a few days?) I m at the point where most things work outside my wireless.

I ve found an old diagnosis tool PC Toshiba which is a bit difficult, but he said it s a realtek driver that I need, but I can t say that and that support Toshiba installs, I downloaded and then nothing happens. All suggestions are welcome!

    Thaaanks!

According to specification for laptop, your laptop has Atheros WLAN with integrated BT card
For WLAN driver check Toshiba download page - http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp or WLAN Portal directly - http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/. I think that here you can find the Win7 drivers.

Windows 7 is not released until the final version and that's why you won't find not all Win 7 drivers. In most cases, you will need to research and test

The LAN chip seems to be that the Realtek so you should get maybe driver Realtek LAN driver to go to the Realtek page would work.

The WiFi chip should be an Atheros so we're looking for WLan Atheros WLan driver that could be compatible with Win 7.

  • Equium L40 - 156 wlan need driver

    Hello

I recently had reinstall Vista on my laptop EQUIUM L40-156 but missing the drivers.
In particular, the wireless network lan card driver (use another pc to connect to the internet!).

Can someone point me in the right direction for the right drivers? As I have tried several drivers, but the operating system does not recognize any as being good.

    Any help is very appreciated.

You will need drivers for Realtek RTL8187B on your laptop.

Go to this page to download from Toshiba:

    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com (Support & downloads)

And download the Realtek wlan drivers. Make sure you only select your laptop model and the operating system. I assume you are using the 32-bit version of Vista to the standard address.

  • Satellite M50D-A-10W - Windows 7 WLan need driver

Can you help me please on how to install the driver for this model wireless on windows 7?

    Thank you!

Unfortunately your laptop is not supported for Win7, and the driver is not available for download.
I think that your model of laptop has Atheros WLAN card. Am I right about that?

I found another model of laptop that should have the same WLAN card but it is supported for Win7 64 bit.
You can download the driver from here.

Test it please and post comments.

I ve tried to find a few laptop specs for your laptop to Googling autour but al I found was info that your laptop was offered with Win7 64 bit. I was not able to find out in which country this Satellite model was offered.

In other words, I was not able to check any download page and see if your laptop is supported for Win8/Win8.1 or not. If this is not the case, this driver can be quite problematic.

Can you please provide some info on this laptop model?

  • Satellite L300D-12 t - Windows XP WLAN need driver

    Hello!

    Someone an idea?
    Thank you very much!

    Christoph

    > No download on the Toshiba site
According to specification for laptop, your laptop computer has Realtek Wireless LAN Adapter 8187 B and it is certainly available on Toshiba WLAN Portal under http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/?page=downloads

    > realtek drivers Don t work
Does that mean exactly? You have some problems to install or wireless network card correctly (listed in the Device Manager) but you cannot use it for the WIFI connection?

  • Portege R500: BT & WLan need driver XP

I'm trying to download the drivers for my Portege R500 (English) for Windows XP drivers Toshiba download site. In most cases, this went successfully, but both of them failed:
-Bluetooth Stack (seems to be not not available).
-Wireless Lan Driver, Intel, 11.1.0.100 references (if I click this link I am redirected to a site that is not found).

It is really raise what you wrote here. I checked the download page and everything works fine.

For BT stack download you will be redirected to BT support page http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php
There, you can download and install the latest version of BT stack. BT monitor can be downloaded from the download page (1.73 MB zip file).

All driver WLAN, you can read in your other display.

  • Win8 WLAN need driver for my Satellite L655-1Jn

    Hello

I installed Windows 8 in this laptop and everything seems to go well despite there are no specific drivers for my model (thanks toshiba), but I had a problem of wireless driver. Actually the driver installed by windows did wireless work for a bit, but after a reboot i saw that the download speed is limited to 25-30 kb/s... . So I thought that it was because the driver was not appropriate and so I installed this [Driver | http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/downloadDetail.jsp?pf=true&soid=3462043]

But after awhile, I noticed that this driver has the same problem. The only way to make the wireless connection work correctly is re - install the drivers, but it works only until the next reboot, or the suspension of windows 8. Is there a driver that would work very well with this broadcom card, better if it is a beta driver?

Thank you very much in advance.

The first news on the wireless network card: your laptop is Wi - Fi 11 b/g/n + BT V2.1 + EDR (Broadcom BCM94313) card inside this beta version should be OK.

It's that there is no other driver WLAN only available on the Toshiba support page. Still is it that your laptop is not taken in charge for Win8 and, unfortunately, all other models with the same WLAN card are not on the list of supported models Win8.

Have you tried to consult the WLAN card manufacturer support page?

I thought that HP is a good company I really wish that I had chosen someone else to invest my hard-earned mony. You need a computer science degree to get this machine to work. Disappointed is very slightly, put first no cable provided to connect the monitor to the computer and now no sound from the speakers.

I wonder what will be the next thing.

If your company made cars they would not be allowed on the road.

having been informed by HP suport, that there is no compatibility and none is available for a reader of sd card on my model # p7 - 1436 s that came with win 8 but was down ranked at point of purchase for win 7 pro 64-bit.  computer works CAD - CAM systems and must be in the format win 7, but there seems to be no pilot cross on the sd card reader.  CPU sees the card but do not charge card information or even show it in the icon drop-down computer showing what is in the processor.

SD card works perfectly in another cpu, so the problem is in mine.

    Hello grunge.

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the Forums of HP, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the Forums HP first time here? Learn how to publish and more.

I understand that you are having problems for your card reader to work in Windows 7. The card reader part number 644491-001 is used in more than 200 computers of HP Desktop running the Windows 7 operating system and more. I don't see not all pilots on all systems so I'm assuming it uses the default Windows drivers. As it does not appear on your system is running Windows 7, I will assume that it is related to a Windows 7 problem that a drive letter is not assigned to external storage devices.  I provided you with some steps to try to solve this problem for your below:

    Step 1. Click Start

Step 2. Click on Control Panel

Step 3. Click on Administrative Tools

Step 4. Click on computer management

Step 5. Click on disk management

If he has not seen here, go to 'Action' in the menu bar, click on "Scan drives" and it should come

If it does not have a drive letter assigned? If this isn't the case, follow the instructions below:

Step 1. Right click on the removable drive

Step 2. Click on change drive letter...

Step 3. Assign a drive letter

Please re-post if you need extra support. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!
