  I bought a laptop 'HP Pavilion 15-p259ng"without windows. I installed Windows 7 SP1 64 bit on it.
  After installation, LAN, WLAN and USB ports did not work. You can see in the Device Manager

  Thank you very much for the support. The installation of resolved AMD Chipset Drivers
  the problem with the SM Bus controller and the USB 3.0 at the same time. Then, the
  installing the Realtek LAN fixed the LAN adapter driver. On the
  HP support site I also found a fitting Realtek driver for WLAN.

  I have a new hp pavilion n225se 15 , who had only one language windows 8.1, I had formatted it and downloaded windows 7 (64-bit) instead and I faced a problem with my laptop drivers, cause on the hp support, I found the drivers for windows 8.1 and when I choose windows 7 I had fewer options to download a sample (the chipset in windows 8.1 exist and on 7 does not have audio drivers the same)

  1. install the Intel Chipset Installation Utility driver and reboot.

  2. install the Intel HD graphics driver and restart.

  3. install the Nvidia HD graphic driver and restart.

  I have the drivers I need now thanks for the help on this forum, but that was just check if there is any info on when the HP Support would be upward and running with links to all drivers.  Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but I still see theres only a link to order a Kit of system recovery for HP Pavilion where I expect to see a list of device drivers.

  I have another laptop that I have no internet access on the machine below.

  I installed a copy of Windows 7 on my laptop - PC portable HP Pavilion G6-2241 his.

  All other device drivers seem to be installed and working.

  However, the following device drivers are missing:

  I am tring to connect to a router without wire - ASUS DSL - N55U.

  I just bought a HP Pavilion 15 e.-(renovated from newegg) 187nr about a week ago. I decided that I was going to give windows 8 a fair shake (for a week). The week is online! I can't stand it. I installed windows 7 on my 8.1 victory.

  Where can I find windows 7 drivers? I know that technically HP does not support windows 7, but I don't want to believe that the drivers do not exist.

  All the amd driver files are named catalyst.

  They have been separated from the drivers for the chipset and usb3.

  Graphics drivers did not have the drivers for these items.

  It will be interesting to know what model of laptop you have. You can check http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com and go to download drivers. You can find it under Support & downloads. Choose your model of laptop and check whether there is a proper driver for your device.
