  My problem is this: I created a catalog in MS Publisher 2013 for format A4 paper with 2 pages per document. I chose booklet side folding type and print double-sided.

  MS Publisher prepared pages correctly. I even created versuions PDF of these pages. But every time when I print pages, the printer keeps make them smaller (I think that balance for letter size) despuite the fact that I changed in the printer preferences A4as default paper source, all the documents are in format A4 etc.

  Accordingly, the printed pages are shifter in the Center on the left side page, which is OK for printing side but may not work for printing side doyuble that shift is in different directions for paper result.

  In addition, I can just print more on DVD or CD surfaces as the driver does not support a feature of sauch.

  Let me know how I can replace the native driver for Windows 10 with that for Windows 8.1? Or are there other solutions, except using another OS?

  In fact, it is not metter. The real problem was in the printer drivers. For some reason, Windows 8 driver package failed was installed and it creates the problem.

  I have installed HP SupportFramework and HP Support Assistant software. After the Support Assistant software downloaded a driver package, which is exactly what I used to use before so that the installation was successful.

  Now, everything works fine.

  are noffkehw, you referring when you save scanned images? If Yes can you scan from the printer to the computer or through the software on the computer? If you use software on your computer, then you should be able to designate which files should be saved in format.

  If you use the printer to scan to a folder on your computer, you will need to use the printer software to activate several formats for the file to be saved as. This should be under actions to scan in your printing software - normally under the Scan of the computer.

  I understand that your printing language has been changed.  I would like to try the following steps.  Let me know how it goes.

  To set your language and country/region
  1. on the home screen, press the right arrow to view more options.
  2. press Setup.
  3. touch preferences.
  4. press on the desired language.
  5. press on the down arrow to scroll through the languages. When the language you
  want to use appears, press on this language.
  6. When prompted, tap Yes to confirm your selection.
  The Preferences menu reappears.
  7. press set country/region.
  8. press on the down arrow to scroll through the countries/regions. When the country.
  region you want appears, touch this country / region.

  Our Photosmart B209a more, Windows XP, and out of warranty, it prints very well in ALL respects; photos, paper, card wishes, DVD labels and any material.  Except, envelopes begin lines everywhere at the beginning of the envelope.  IT IS EVERYTHING.  Check with back removed, appears that a small "clip" is not in an upright position "post" as the other 'messages' have.  (This is also new lines of ink box.)

  Could not locate any missing part inside the lower part.  If this "possible lack clip" allows the Lopé to rub on an unclean surface?  Why now, after a good service years?  Thanks in advance!

  I understand your frustration and see that you start from the initial lines of the envelope on your HP Photosmart B209a when printing envelopes. I actually disassembled the B209a and I just want to be sure that we are talking about the same thing, you're talking about "positions" would be the growth of paper (highlighted in red).  Please see the image below:

  

  If one of these paper pushers is missing, so yes it is possible that this is the reason why you now get lines on your envelopes. Now because it's material and it is no way to replace the part, my recommendation is to remove the rear access door and try and clean the inside, use distilled water and a lint free cloth (q-tips, coffee filters) and see if you are able to get most of the ink and splash on in order to improve the quality of printing on envelopes.

  yesterday, I downloaded the printer driver to my laptop to make impression on our 2nd printer: hp photosmart b209a more.  my laptop is wireless. Our 2nd computer impressions on the photosmart wireless, but the #2 computer is connected to the internet.  I remember now that the technology said that there no photosmart Island connected from my portable office.

  When I use the printer setup menu it just look for connection wps and then message "wps has expired". do you have suggestions on what to try?
