Due to the fact that I had a previous HP printer on my computer before buying it, I thought that it can receive signals confused. How can I delete all Hp software and start again?   I replaced Vista with a new version of windows 7 64-bit and cannot get my HP Photosmart B109 all-in-one a - m at the end of the installation I downloaded from the HP site.   Hi, thanks for the suggestion. However, I did not upgrade but remove vista altogether. I found the problem after a lot of grief and research - there was a cord that had fallen on the back of the library that was not plugged in!

• Can not stop "auto crop" documents, scan on my HP Photosmart C7280 all-in-one

  I use a HP Photosmart C7280 all-in-one to scan documents.   My OS is Windows 7 64 bit.   I have used this configuration since January 2012 and my problem has just started in the last 30 days.  I did not any changes to the system except for the automatic updates of Windows coming out.

  I unchecked the box "automatically Crop scanned Documents" in the Advanced Document settings, but as soon as I scanned a page, the checkbox appears in the box again (in itself!) and it will automatically crop a bad document.

  No idea why this is happening and what I can do about it?

  Not really sure what caused it, but looks like the setting has glitched somewhere along the way and will be set when past.  Try unintalling to reinstall a new download.  Let me know what happens.

  Given that the problem occurs when you run a copy, I hope that the problem is the printer hardware not the software on the computer.

  You have the printer connected directly to a wall outlet or is this a surge protector or power bar? Even if you have used a surge protector/power bar this whole time and you feel that this is not the case, please connect to a wall outlet so that we can eliminate the source of energy as the primary cause.

  I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
  2. Tap the button of the ATM () next to the icon of configuration () in the lower left corner of the control panel.
  3. Press arrow right () and select Tools, and then tap OK.
  4. Press arrow right () to select Print Quality Report, then tap OK. The printer prints the report.

  

  • If this report prints perfectly: Only the blank page printing problem isn't be caused by your printer. On the contrary, there may be a driver or a conflicts between your computer and your HP Photosmart camera setting. Can I have it please click here to download and run the HP print and scan of the doctor tool. Once the tool downloads, please run the tool to the "difficulty of printing."   My Photosmart C7280 all in one printer Guard giving me expired ink cartridge warning.  The cartridge has expired, but I want to continue to use it as it still has ink.  Is it possible to turn off these warnings to be boring?  I can't print until I have to recognize them!

  @ CoolBreeze202 - I'm sorry that you are having this problem with the ink cartridges and the ink expiration error message.  You can try to clean the contacts on the cartridge and the contacts inside the machine to ensure that built up on the parts are not the source of the error message. Pages 163 and 164 of the user manual will show a manual cleanup process.

  I would also do a hard reset to the printer to try to clear the error message and return the printer to a known working state. No user settings are lost with a hard reset.  Here is a link that will show you how to do a hard reset on this machine.

  I have a Photosmart C8180 All-in-One printer that powers completely in the middle of printing, wasting time, paper and ink. It restarts also sometimes more and more and more and sometimes it stops and all the lights blink quickly, show an on-screen error code. During these periods, the power button seems useless.   Unfortunately, I have not found a solution to fix my HP C8180. The 800 number only referred me to another number (866-234-1377) where someone in India tried to sell me a phone support or a new printer. Phone support will not fix a burned capacitor and the new printers HP scan slides. Not to mention the $100. new ink I'll have to eat if I can't solve this problem.

  My all-in-one software has already been installed successfully years ago. My husband did not know that he had to go through the "devices and printers" in the "Start" menu to access the analysis feature, so he assumed that scanning capabilities were not working. He tried to install the software from the internet, and it gave an error. Now, I can not completely cancel the installation process. I get pop HP ups "of Installer HP request your permission...". "If I let the permission, he brings me through the whole process again just to give me the same error. If I cancel the authorization, he just keeps popping up. How completely cancel the installation attempt?

  It seems that the installation is trying to update the old version to the new version but is a failure.  I suggest that you restart the computer, then uninstall the driver, old and new.
