HP printer not working not not on vista professional

My printer was working fine until yesterday. I have windows vista business and a hp 1315 all-in-one printer, documents are printed, they are identified. It won't let me delete or first spotted print, but will not let me delete or placed after that. When I try to restart the document it says "error processing command" the problem started when paper became stuck in the printer. Please help I also tried to remove the printer & reinstall it did not help.

You say that it started with a paper jam.

Go to the above link > type in your printer model number > select 'See support and troubleshooting information' > > > read the info on the help here.

If that doesn't help not to solve the problem, contact HP direct:

See you soon.
