HP Psc 1200 all in a series cartridge error

Hello

Today after printing several pages, that I needed to put in a new black cartridge, so I did.

Then, after a few pages, I get the error"cartridges" review "." "

I removed and put back them several times, followed the instructions to unplug and everything, but I still get the same message.

I even put in a new cartridge for color as well, but it still does not work.

What else can I try?

If I have to buy a new printer, I have several cartridges left. Anyone know if I can use the 56 and 57 cartridge in any other printer?

I'll take a look at the document below.  The steps on the cleaning cartridge contacts may be useful.  I included a link so that you check printers using the Hp 56 just select compatible printers.

  • HP 1200 All in One Printer getting error this printer is blocked

    A very old printer. My disc is cracked and are no longer available to buy even HP.

    I get an error message, the printer is blocked. I have not checked, no jam and reset the same mistake remember coming upwards, and still unable to print.

  • PSC 1401 all in a series

    My printer makes copies, but it will not be printed. It shows paper jam, but I took on the back and checked for any excess paper, none is. I unplugged the cable from the back and replugged. I checked all other strings, and they were ok. I don't know where else to go, as I said, the printer makes copies but does not print them from the computer. Any help would be appreciated. Of course I don't want to buy a new printer, but I might just have to, if I can't solve the problem.

  • HP psc 2175 all-in-one 'internal unexpected error"msg when I try to scan

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver three times as well as restarting the program and my PC and I still have this error. I get the error no matter what program, I am trying to scan to.  However, I can copy documents so the scanner works - it just won't ommunicate to other software programs.

    When I ran the HP print and Scan doctor, I was instructed that the driver is unable to communicate with the product, but this has not been resolved by uninstalling & reinstall the driver such as already mentioned.

    He said also the "Twain" component may be damaged and a problem was found with the HP Digital Imaging Monitor.  Still, the uninstalling/reinstalling does not fix this problem.

    If the problem persists after you perform the steps described in the document, try to scan via printers & faxes if you have Windows XP or devices and printers, if you have Windows 7/8. You can find it via the control panel. Here, you should have an icon for the scanner PSC 2175 (he probably called something like PSC 2170 series).

    I get a message saying that I use the wrong cartridge when I try to print a document, but I have been using the two ink cartridges for awhile with no problems.  I'm sure they are good!  Can someone help me fix this or reset my printer?  Thanks for any advice you can offer.

  • HP PSC 1210 all-in-one: could not open the HP Director icon to the desktop

    I installed the CD software for this fairly old printer on my laptop Windows 10 (64-bit). Everything seems to work fine except that I can't access the HP Director. I tried to check on the resources from HP site, but it does detect not all HP products on my laptop even if the printer is plugged in and on. Also, I searched for the car and the road status update on the site of HP tools. Even if I see my printer listed on the player page, it has no download button click next to my model. I was trying to see if the drive indeed download when I installed the software.  Again I don't know even though most everything works except for no access to the HP Director. I guess that the fundamental question is whether or not this now old enough (but still very good printer) can run on Windows 10. I used it before on XP.     HP Director is not intended for Windows 10.

    The original CD was made several years earlier version 10 of Windows.

    Right click on the start icon and select programs and features, and then delete any software installed client the HP of your printer.

    Install the software by following the steps below:

    Be aware that no full functionality is available for Windows 10 since it is an older model, scan and pritn base drivers are provided by the operating system itself.

  • HP psc 2410 photosmart all in one series, all of a sudden takes an hour to photocopy or print a page...

    HP psc 2000 series, model 2410 photo smart all-in-one series. Windows 7 operating system. Suddenly takes an hour for photocopying or printing. no error message. Transport print access door may have been opened during a previous print session. Power unit failure and restart and remove and reinsert the cartridges has no effect.

    This is caused by the failure of one of your cartridges. I don't remember if the PSC 2410 will support printing (do not copy) with a cartridge removed in reserve mode, but try the following: remove the black print cartridge and print a test page.  The printer prints at a normal speed?  Is therefore the black cartridge was the issue and needs to be replaced.  If it isn't then, put the black back cartridge in and remove the color cartridge and the test page printed.  If the printer now prints speed the color cartridge is responsible and must be replaced.
