• HDMI port using puts to headphone/speaker output audio muted

  I just bought a 15R special edition 7520. I put the laptop in an office situation (use Ext. keyboard + mouse + monitor 1920 x 1080 HD). Of course, I want to use the HDMI output to post a link to the HD monitor, as I did for many years with my XPS 1640 laptop with HDMI HD output. I was surprised to see that the HDMI out put it faces to the speaker/headphone audio is cut. I have searched through all the menus embedded, but could not find an arrangement to allow audio to be issued even if the HDMI is in use.

  Am I missing something here? I assumed that this notebook would be operated the same as the XPS 1640, in applications where the operator uses a HD monitor in an office (no built in onstage) situation or a situation where you desire to feed your own audio system directly from the laptop. BTW, I also have a desktop computer DELL ZINO HD with HDMI output, which does not have the same way the 15R. This hung isalso system live HDMI to an HD monitor with no inhibition of the local sound.

  Am I the only one who, as has been thisd prob? Any help would be appreciated.

  Welcome to the community

  What operating system do you use? Can you plug the HDMI cable, then check with Panel > sounds then check out the list of audio devices. Right click on the device you want to set as the default value for Audio output.

  Did you use the right cable?
  Are you sure that you computer laptop supports this output to 100%?

  I m not 100% sure, but you don t should be allowed whatever it is. You have to plug the cable into the socket.

  My problems started when I got my new laptop and I HATED windows 8.

  If one of my friends had a drive with Windows 7 above.

  After installation nothing worked, no WiFi, USB, HDMI and so on.

  I have serched the days for new drivers and found most of them on the website of HPs.

  But I was not disabled to find a job for my HDMI output driver.

  You guys can help me with this?

  The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the AMD graphics driver, if you don't have already done.

  Your laptop is not supported by HP for W7 and especially not supported for 32-bit operating systems.

  As a last resort, try to manually install the W7 x 64 graphics driver from the support page and the driver of your laptop (sp66999).

  I explored the driver file, and there are 32-bit included in this file drivers.

  Hello community! Sorry, it's so rudimentary. Can anyone offer advice on how to better format the output of the below? As it is, it prints it just without formatting - I want out as the output format-table and I would have zero decimal places in the output of Write-Host $CurrentItemHdd.CapacityGB.  Thank you!

  As a last option I recommend asking some traders of the electronic part of downtown.

• Question output noise reduction

  Whenever I have apply the noise reduction in LR3 Beta 2, the settings will be displayed in the preview area in LR, but as soon as I export to JPEG, the treatment disappear.  It only occurs with noise reduction - all other treatments remains on the image.  Any help?

• Z30 blackBerry speaker question

  I love my z30 and have always been a BlackBerry guy, but maybe I should change now. I went through 5 Z10s with the same question pregnant and now 12 days after buying the z30 I have the same problem. Seems to be the place I work with metal and dust to enter the enclosure and it blows. After 5 z10s, I bought a q10 and it never blew for 4 months. I needed to return to a full screen for several reasons and now with the z30 it's the same question.
  The speaker of the ear that starts to become crisp and then a few weeks ago and it goes completely dead. Everything else works, but the speaker. Reading other forums, it seems the z10 had the whole issue and many people had to fix these. I can't go through to get my phone fixed or replaced every two weeks up to what should I do? Everyone else here runs iPhone and Android, phones and never had this problem. It must be the way the President is the Setup program that allows him to get easy dust. I even try leaving all day in an ample and no help. Please let me know if anyone has any help. Thank you

  Its not a blown speaker, collects dust from metal on the surface of the speaker (s) and pulling them towards the magnet restricting their movment, disassemble your phone and get your torches outside, turn your regulator oxy up to about 50-60 lb/PO2 and blow off the dust of the speaker.  I have a xperia T with the same question that only it takes about 2-3 months before the sound quality is unbarable. Also have a 3 years, Motorola Atrix 4g, who has never had this problem.

  Your laptop model has only 1 audio port, which is used for Audio out and, for the speakers and MIC features.

  Taken Jack Audio-in (microphone) audio output (headphone), it produces sound when connected to optional powered

  stereo speakers, headphones, earphones, headphones or audio of the TV. Also lets you plug in an optional headset

  microphone.

  One thing you can try to do, is to buy one USB adapter, which can provide you with 2 audio ports, one for the microphone and one for the speaker, this way you can have the two connected son.

• High-end non apple headphones does not properly with iPhone7

  I just bought the new iPhone 7 and discovered that my ear Bowers & Wilkins do not seem to be compatible with my new phone.  The sound works fine but the microphone and stop working after a pause control more then a few minutes.  I thought it was a question of headphones, so I have replaced, but still the same issue.  So for example I connect my headset into the adapter (supplied by apple), launch my music application, press play on the phone and the sounds of beautiful high definition comes out.  I can then press pause on the microphone control, press a second time to play and it works fine as do volume adjusters.  However, if I press pause and wait a few minutes, the remote control on the speaker cable does nothing.  The sound still works if I hit 'play' and 'pause' on the screen.  As soon as I unplug the headphone jack and plug back in, the remote works again, until I pause for a longer period.  It seems to stop responding when asleep screen and pause mode.  I disabled the screen lock to see what is happening.  Now pause mode for more than five minutes, the remote works but the screen stays on!  If at this stage, I turned off the screen (paused).  Two minutes later, distance mic and controls do not work.  So certainly associated with iPhone screen go to sleep.  Does anyone else have this problem or the solution.  This problem will not occur on the iPhone from my friend 6.

  Apple is aware of an issue affecting the controls on the headphones by the port of lightning and working on a fix.

  Default setting is when you connect the headphones or external speakers using audio output as speaker port will be switched off automatically. So I'm really confused why this doesn t work with your laptop. Maybe you have changed some settings.

  In any case, check read settings in the properties of sound and all thet settings Audio Manager, you can find in the Panel.
