  Hi all

  I've been playing with this idea for awhile and it seems impossible, but I was wondering if anyone has been able to do.

  I would like to capture from the camera without displaying the viewfinder direct feed on screen. I tried in many ways, like simple do not add the field that contains the camera feed to the screen, the video setting to not be visible etc.. But all of these methods lead to a NullPointerException when getSnapshot() is called, because it is trying to capture what is displayed on the screen.

  Is it possible that this could be possible?

  I think you can prevent anything like that to work as long as it's not encrypted, including Skype. U just use any type of traffic Analyzer to see how application made, find something special for the application you are trying to block, write and adjust accordingly the signatures to what you see. I guess you can do it even on any cisco ISR, using the corresponding flexible package.
