HP USB stream 8

I need to load the software on the stream 8 (Win 8.1).  Can I connect a DVD/CD player with a microUSB to USB female adapter?  The same card can be used to connect to a USB 2.0 port and a few devices such as mice wireless, kbd, etc.?

Agreed. A note on the USB hub - make sure that if you get one (which I recommend if you have several USB devices, you can use with the Tablet) - get a powered USB hub. In other words, one that plugs into the wall outlet for power. The Tablet does not provide enough power (in my experience, at least) to feed more than 1 USB device at the same time. Some USB hubs are "bus-powered" which means the the computer USB port powered hub and all the devices attached to it.

    Below some options, I tried

1 "software programmed" streaming - send 83 bytes U8 no tables on single sample of multi CH DIO write VI repeatedly, no timetable set. Easy but slow relics, about 1 ms by rate of bytes. I wonder if the driver OR use a sort of handshake software for each byte in this mode, limiting speed interval from image to image USB. Is it possible to run faster in this mode?

2 calendar hardware. I used aboard output internal counter to provide continuous clock, tested anywhere from 500 Hz to 1 Mhz can be much faster than (1), but running into questions:

For computers with Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems, an A / V or i.Link connection is necessary to transfer the videos from the camcorder. • Satellite a60-106 does not recognise handycam

    Hello
I got my satellite for about a month and everything works fine but when I try to transfer video to my handycam I get an error on the screen of the camera saying "usb invalid during easy handycam" sony's site is all the answers. Other usb devices work fine.
    Any help appreciated.
    Thank you
    Barrie

    Hey Barrie

If you have a specific problem like that he will always be interesting to know what external device will connect you to the laptop (with Sony). In my opinion, it is not a USB problem but a specific question. Usually in this case the producer of the outdoor unit must have an answer.

I assume you are using the software given by cam. Check if there is some play/edit menu and the option of USB stream and assign him normally. Usually, it is set to off and the pc doesn't see the cam.

  • The dsc-w710 camera can be used as a webcam

The w710 dsc can be shown directly on a computer for the photo or video capture screen?

Hi Paul-C! I understand that you want to use the DSC-W710 camera as a webcam. Unfortunately, this camera model has not a USB streaming feature. Once the device is connected to a computer via USB, it goes into data transfer mode and will not be able to save pictures or videos.

It may be possible to view a "live view" of what the camera is the view using audio/video connection. However, the computer may need to other components of an audio/video input, video capture card and software for recording. This may be an alternative, but still not guaranteed.

  • Live on Pc with handycam CX-210

How can I send a live video on my pc with handycam Cx-210? I can transmit on my TV with an HDMI cable but I can not on my PC, you have a solution?

    Thank you

    Hi sany,.

Welcome to the community of Sony!

If I understand you correctly, you want to use the computer as an external monitor to your camcorder to see what you are recording live. Computers, especially laptops, has not the same HDMI port than a TV. Computer HDMI port only allows audio and video signals from the equipment itself, unlike television which has HDMI IN port.

The camera doesn't have the USB streaming feature wherein you can use USB connection for you stream videos live online. You can only play the videos at the time when the camera is connected to the device or when you import the file to the computer.

  • Need software/drivers for the Cam MiniDV DCR-TRV25

I have owned one of these great little cameras Sony miniDV since 2003 - in fact I love it so much, I bought a 'reserve' on ebay a few months ago.

The problem is when my laptop crashed, I lost the initial load of the original factory driver for the camera software... and I can't find the original anywhere drive. None of my web searches have found links to reload the driver.

Even more amazing, I started using Sony Vegas Movie Studio clean - but it plain refuses to import video from his OWN camera - saying that it does not recognize the device.

What are my options and alternatives for this?

    NC to LB, CA

Hello. For your computer to recognize the device, if it was recognized before, would mean that either your use of Windows XP or an older operating system. Unfortunately, USB streaming is not supported by Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Mac. But using a different connection: IEEE1394 (i.link or firewire) connection it should work with these operating systems. Going up that probably you just need to install the driver for the camera, you should be able to get it here:

    http://eSupport.Sony.com/us/Perl/SWU-Li... l = DCRTRV25

Select your operating system from the menu drop down and download and install the device driver (Driver USB for Connection). Make sure that the camcorder is not connected to your computer while installing the driver. Follow the instructions below the USB driver for the login page properly install the driver. Restart the computer and connect the camcorder. Complete the installation of new hardware found. Also make sure that your camcorder USB Stream function is set on IT. Use the application pre-installed Windows Movie Maker or compatible video capture software to capture video to off the Strip. I hope this helps.

  • Windows 7 and DCR-HC21

I have a Sony DCR-hC21 camera and laptop computers changed recently. I now run Windows 7 64 bit. I can't download drivers for the PMB software. Is there another way to transfer a movie from the camera to my laptop?

You cannot use the USB cable because there is no USB streaming of drivers for windows 7. Camcorder came with SW called Picture package. Not compatible with windows 7. PMB on esupport are updates only. Cannot use this. Check if your computer has an IEEE1394 port. If that's the case then you can use an i.link cable, known as a Firewire cable as well. No special SW necessary with this cable. Your computer will automatically use Windows live movie maker to capture video. If the computer lacks the IEEE1394, then you can use the A / V cable supplied with your handycam. Use of the A / V cable you will need to get an external A / V capture card that would receive signals of the handycam and pass them through a USB port on your computer. Check the Dazzle for example: http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/u... ts/Dazzle /

To answer your question, this camcorder USB Streaming feature is not possible with Windows 8 operating system. If you try to connect the camcorder to your computer Windows 8 using a USB cable, the camera will not be recognized by the computer.

To transfer the videos from the camcorder to your computer with Windows 8 operating systems, use an i.LINK (a.k.a firewire or IEEE1394 cable) cable or Audio/video provided (A / V) cable and software compatible video capture as Windows MovieMaker software.

According to the availability of the iLINK decision-making or A / V jack on the computer, follow the instructions provided in the links to transfer the videos below.

    i.LINK cable:

  • Sony Handycam

    Hello

I have a Sony DCR-HC40E and I want to transfer video from tape to my computer and my Lenovo Windows XP with the USB cable, but the ability to import the video does not appear, I tried to reboot, but still no success.

    Please notify

You must first activate the USB streaming camcorder. On the screen of the device, please press [P-menu] - [MENU]. Then, scroll to the [STANDARD SET] key and press [OK]. Scroll down and find [USB-CAMERA] and select [USB STREAM].

Once this is done, you can now connect your camcorder to the USB port on your computer. You must use a video capture software, such as Windows Movie Maker and record the video as it is being played on your computer. Please refer to the operating instructions of the software that you will use for more information.

Please note that these steps apply only to a Windows XP computer. Recent operating systems no longer support the camcorder's USB streaming function.
