  HM, if you can still see a picture on the laptop external monitor should be ok and it must be a problem with built-in LCD screen.

  I have a laptop Dell inspiron 15r is who is 1.1years old (model - 7520). It worked well up to that of a few days.   It is most likely a hardware problem and could be a problem with your computer or monitor.  Check the connections.  If it is possible to test the monitor with another computer and your computer with another monitor to circumscribe.

  I guess that the flickering of screen was also caused by faulty FL inverter.
  This part is not very expensive.
  But if you want to be 100% so I recommend you contact Toshiba service partner in your country.

  I used the iPhone 4 (factory unlocked) for over a year now with only minor problems. Like a regular day, I was typing a message to my friend, but suddenly he hung then black screen follows...   Try a hard reset by pressing Power and "home" set button until the Apple logo appears. If it is not resolved, try a restore of the phone via ITunes.

  3. try to install or to uninstall again.
  Method 2:
  Try the following steps:
  1. click on the Start button, type cmd in the Search box or click on run, then type services.msc in the dialog (Windows XP or Windows Server 2003), and then press ENTER to open a command prompt window.
  2. at the command prompt, type MSIExec , and then press ENTER. If the MSI engine works, there should be no error message, and should open a separate dialog box. This shows the MSI version.
