  Chances are that your license is only for the Mac platform.

  You are really limited in the number of times that you could download - just the number of installations that can be activated.  May have enabled facilities on two machines, even if both should run on the same platform.  If it is CS6 you can ask an Exchange platform, but that doesn't look like what you want to do.

  on the assumption that you always have access to the navigation bar, right click on the stop button, when the home page is loaded and check the 'Menu Bar' option in the context menu that appears.

  Have you looked at Scrivener (http://literatureandlatte.com/).  It is designed specifically for writers of all kinds of materials.  It is useful for the Organization, research and multimedia, shaped for different destinations and hundreds of models available.  It is generally considered to be the tool first word forge to the authors.

  He has a bit of a learning curve, but it comes with a tutorial and a number of videos.  There are a lot of 3rd party videos and several courses on Udemy and elsewhere.  Once you use it, however, it is unlikely that you will return in a word processor or a publishing tool (which have two very different objectives).  There is a community of support for users, too.

Outgoing traffic is distributed according to the intensity of the current (relative speed) on each slave. Inbound traffic is received by the current slave.   + 6 balance-alb mode: Adaptive load balancing: includes balance-tlb plus receive balancing (rlb) for IPV4 traffic and doesn't require any special switch support. Receive load balancing is achieved by ARP negotiation. Link driver intercepts the ARP replies sent by the local system on their way and replaces the hardware address of source with the unique hardware address of one of the slaves in the bond as different counterparts use different physical addresses for the server.

  COMP CC is a mobile device application, designed to allow you to create compositions on the go. You then synchronize to InDesign when you use the desktop computer. If the intention is that InDesign is your app go - to on the desktop, model for mobile.

  Note that the synchronization between the two requires InDesign CC and a subscription to Adobe CC.
