  Sorry, I don't know how or why an obsolete add-on would be installed on a new PC, probably related to the installation of the printer of HP on the new PC software. I doubt if she was transferred with Firefox data files, as the SWP HP add-on is not installed directly in Firefox - is installed when the Firefox profile is all first run after installing the HP software and Firefox see a 'new add-on"in the registry, it would be rejected by Firefox due to the lack of compatibility of version number. My guess is that the whole profile has been copied to the new PC to an existing installation of Firefox that already had this Add on SWP installed and not only the data files of Firefox.

  Has been able to print from the internet.   Update driver on the HP support site.   More am able to print from web site.   To print the document Word, MS Works, free Office very well.   My operating system is Windows 7 32-bit home, browser is Firefox.   The system is wired nine two weeks old Asus desktop computer.   The computer initially recgonized the printer and would print from the internet, but not after the updated driver.   When the print window opens, it is immediately covered by another window that says "a printing error has occurred" and it takes me to the screen of Win 7 document library.   The model number as the best I can say is CB821A.

  MusicMan, I thank you for your prompt attention to my problem.  I ran the HP print and scan doctor.  The program stopped in the process and told me my software was outdated, but when I tried to install it, the program canceled and so he told me that he was unable to install the software update I jumped the upgrade and continued with the scan doctor who told me there was nothing wrong with the printer.  I tried to print from the internet but no go.   This seems to be a problem with margins in the page layout. Open the file > page setup and set the upper and lower at 0.5 margins (inches or what is appropriate region). I then restarted firefox and presto chango, it works.

  As Jacob and I have said so when you are in Illustrator and you have your work open, select file > save for Web...

  From there, you will see a new window opens and you can choose your type of file (png-24/jpeg) quality, you want to be saved to and size too...

  You do not give us the exact words, but I guess that this message appears on the screen, like on a regular PDF with this message. If so, ignore the message and save the file in the usual way on your desktop. Now open in Adobe Reader.

  The current versions of Firefox are 64-bit on OS X, if you need a 64-bit version of Flash with Firefox 6.0.x or you must start Firefox as a 32-bit application to be able to use a 32-bit version of a plugin.

  It will not erase your saved in the Keychain passwords, but you need to connect back to all Web sites (like this one) that require you to log in.
