• I am unable to connect my HTC inspired to my computer

  First, the computer tells me that when I plugged my HTC inspire in the USB port, it is a T-Mobile 4 G device.  The next issue is that when I'm connected, I get a message that there is no driver found for my device.  I would appreciate an assisstance, I have some pictures I want to view and print, and even once, I'm not able to accomplish this task.

  Let us know the status of the device in Device Manager when you connect it to the computer.

• A few Macbook keyboard keys do not work

  I have the Macbook with OSX El Captian 2012 model running. The keys f, g, h, j, k, l will not work. Initially, when I hit these keys several times, they used to work, but now they do not completely work. AHT test ran and it is said that there is no hardware problem. I hit the option 5 times, but it would not have helped either. I noticed when allegedly struck ' key and hold, f - l keys work. Please help me solve this problem. Replacement of keyboard looks expensive.

• Texts in doubles with my Motospeak

  Hello! I have a Motorola HX550 that I use with my Samsung to Skyrocket on AT & T. My problem is with the app Motospeak.

  I send double texts every time that I reboot the flare. There is no trace on my phone that I sent them, but one or more of my recent texts go out again as soon as I re - start. I found the culprit is the application of Motorola 'My Motospeak. Uninstall the application, the problem disappeared. Looks like it's the answer, but I REALLY like the application; It's a big part of why I got the HX550 and why I recommend Motorola headsets for friends and family.

  This problem did not exist on my HTC Inspire with the same application and headphones. The Android Version on this phone is 2.3.3

  No idea how to resolve this, or another application that works the same?

  I found the problem because the flare was requiring a reboot to get the receipt of data. There is a problem with both phones LTE on AT & T. I have a temporary solution in place, but every now and then I still need to restart the phone. In hindsight, I can't say if it inspires had the problem or not. It is so stable that I never restarted... I find the functionality of the application to be close to perfection, nothing else comes close. I use the old version of Motospeak, located on this site without any problems, but it doesn't have the functionality to text, just to listen and respond.

  A mod for versions that would be nice would be if the software delivered texts after a phone call. Right now, if you receive a text during a phone conversation, Motospeak just doesn't know. What would be better would be if after the end of your call, Motospeak are looking for new texts and ask if you want to listen to them.

  Usually you can alter the brightness of the display on two ways: using FN + F6, F7 key combination or by using energy saving settings.

  I guess you cannot use FN key combination because some people have reported that it works well on Windows XP Home edition, but you can check the settings for display brightness in Toshiba Power Saver tool.

  Please test and give some feedback.

  Is it possible to make it quicker to make adjustments, maybe a widget that I don't know? Turn on/off (something I do fairly frequently to save battery life) WiFi takes four steps; on my old HTC inspire, it took two (could take one, if I would put the widget on my homescreen). Is there a one-touch utility or the widget for that? And for Bluetooth?

  I use a widget 4 x 1, called "Power Control". It has toggles for WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, synchronization in the background and brightness.

  The drivers you need are determined by the hardware you have.  You need to know the brand and model in order to go to the manufacturer and download the drivers for this specific device.

• After the BIOS Setup, I get a message saying «loading PBR for descriptor 2...» failed.

  I use my old Hardrive Dell with my new build because it has Windows XP installed and I get the message above after the configuration of the BIOS. All the equipment is correctly connected and is currently recognized in the BIOS, including the HARD drive. I also chose to boot from it but that has not worked, I still got the same message. Is it possible for me to use this operating system preinstalled with my new MOBO or I have to do a new installation on the other HARD drive I installed?

  EDIT: desire 4/6 seems to be a budget line of jealousy with the generation previous cpu & gpu at the moment they get out - fail.

  so please take the envy-4000 series also confirmed the most in terms of specs.

  That is to say. Ivy bridge cpu i7, radeon 7800 m minimum.

  Thunderbolt and a screen of 2560 x 1600 optionable would also be a good idea to match some specifications of the Mbps where they beat all the rest, while beating if all goes well in all other specs.

  and please bring back cover pretty design flowered series 1000 & 2000 instead of the boring of the 3000 series, at least as an option for guys like me who love girlie - like drawings, well that is not!

• MW600 frozen!

  I've had my MW600 for almost a year now and I love it! About 2 hours ago I got a phone call and tried to make another call a few seconds later. I noticed on my phone (HTC inspired) that the listener not connected the phone. I then checked the earpiece and the battery and the Bluetooth symbol lights was on. I pressed the call button to connect it, but nothing happened. I tried several times, but nothing. I then tried the music player control buttons, once again, nothing. Finally, I tried the volume control, but nothing happened again. The symbols would not change, much less fade. The symbol lights stay on. I then tried to do a soft reset, but the unit would not turn off. So, I then tried a hard reset, but once again, nothing. I even went as much to connect it to the power source, of thinking that would force to shut down, since this is what is happening normally, but still nothing.

  I hope someone can give me some advice about another way to reset it. I really want to open the thing and see if it has a battery that I can disconnect. Apart, from that, the only option I have is leaving the battery running out of power on its own. Help!

  In reality, there is nothing I can think of each other then let the appliance drain the battery life to turn it off.

• IPod Classic (80 GB) "unrecognized USB device" running windows 7

  I've recently upgraded to a new laptop (acer aspire 5738G) running windows 7. I managed to transfer my itunes through library and that you have installed itunes (x 64) that works well. When I plug my ipod classic (80 GB) on a usb port, I get a message saying "unrecognized usb device". I managed to make it work once, but when I did, I got an error understood saying "this drive could run faster" or something in that sense. I tried other usb devices and all seem to work well, so I guess that's the ipod drivers or a compatibility issue with 7 and itunes. I uninstalled and reinstalled itunes, have reinstalled the usb drivers and have browsed the net for a fix but wo's me again! I waited patiently a hotfix from microsoft or apple, but still nothing. It seems that there is a great problem of the spread. Does anyone have any ideas as what was once a small annoying problem turns into a right royal pain in the a$ $. Thanks in advance!

  I also have the same problem is "USB not recognized" and I have the old IPOD classic (20 GB).

  The problem started when I upgraded my home pc to Windows 7 Pro 32-bit of Windows Vista. My iphone 3gs is currently recognized properly but not the ipod 20 GB on the same iTunes 9.0.2. Device Manager reports the 20 GB ipod as "unknown device".

  My computer is a HP Pavilion Slimline s3620f. Almost tried everything:
  -reboot several times
  -Reinstall itunes several times
  -restart the service itunes several times
  -Reconnect the ipod several times
  -tried the front and back of the usb ports
  -deleted the Sentinel file under c:/users //musci/itunes/I've found solution on another forum

  ... still nada, zit, ala!

  Update: I've found a workaround. Fortunately, my ipod classic cable is a cable in there provided with firewire in addition to the usb cable. Since my home pc has firewire port, Windows 7 now recognizes the classic ipod through this port, have a drive letter and itunes works on it as well.

  I have not found any library info join IPTC on Blackberry. However have found work around to send information I want to join IPTC on the server as well as the image on the server of my app and fix it on here after the arrival.

  So now my while are happy to take pictures on their devices, send it to the server with description and other information and images are appearing on their website a few minutes after having fully subtitled :-)

  Have done so for both Windows mobile (HTC phones) is currently working on an Android app.

  In fact, on Windows Mobile there are libraries to tie the IPTC for the image on the device but I need do anything more.

• BlackBerry 10 flipping between AT & T LTE and emergency mode

  I am the proud owner of a BlackBerry Z10. A few days to receive the phone, I noticed he was constantly about-face AT & T LTE and emergency mode. I couldn't make or receive calls and text messages I've sent have often received several times. Here are the steps I took to try to resolve the problem:
  1. went to the AT & T store and had a new SIM card installed
  2. a few days later, I went back because the problem persisted. They provided a replacement phone.
  3 conducted a security wipe, part way through interrupts him and performed a clean installation of a PC using link BB.
  4. called supports AT & T, who proposed to replace it with yet another phone. However, it seemed useful as I bought the original phone in Pennsylvania and he traded the first time in Texas - I don't think they would have the same 'batch' phones in geographically disparate locations.

  I'm running out of ideas on what else could be the cause and would appreciate any idea that the community here could provide!

  Yes, it should. But, if there is at all no cover, then SOS would be the only mode that has left him. You can always try to restart to see if this it helps find the signal. I discovered recently on mine as if I intentionally left the network radio mobile (for testing purposes) for 24 hours, then it will not re - acquire a signal the correct carrier without a reboot. Should not be the case, but it may be that the operating system continues to evolve.

  Whatever the root cause, if you got your Z10 of ATT and ATT is also your service provider, they are 100% responsible for all of your formal support. It is perhaps to dig deep, and even BlackBerry can information from you. But the only way to start any formal investigation process is by you contacting ATT to support formal and potential climbing up to BlackBerry.
