/ html/pdf/save button in the file folder

How can I
Create a button
Which will convert the html page to PDF and save to a folder.
How can I do this?
is there a code example?
Is there an example/sample for this?
Thanks in advance

When you generate the HTML, preserve any data you need as session variables.

Place the code that converts content to pdf format (for this, you can use cfdocument) in a separate model. Call abc.cfm. It will be called as a pop-up, then, at the end of this model, add something like this:

To call with a button, do something like this:

When I download a pdf file, I used to be asked if I wanted to open or save.  Now, the file is saved only. It's really annoying, because the file name of the saved file does not identify it somehow, and I find myself with a bunch of unknown files on the desktop.  How can I go back to being able to view the file when it is downloaded (and so to save it on the spot with an understandable file and to an appropriate folder name)?

I know you hate Adobe, but this parameter does not have to do with Adobe at all, in fact... This is an internal setting of Firefox.

Anyway, change go to Tools - Options - Applications and enter "pdf" in the filter field. Change the action associated with this type of file to do what you want, in this case always 'ask '.

Try using the import option in the Bookmark Manager (also known as the name of the library)

    1. In Firefox, select the bookmarks menu, then "organize bookmarks" open library
    2. In the library, select "Import and backup" then "Import HTML.
    3. You should get I hope that the ability to import from Internet Explorer.

  • Cannot remove denial of access to the file/folder

Hi I'm trying to delete a backup set on my external drive Seagate Go. I deleted everything except this folder that is buried within several other records: #secureinclude.ebaystatic. I get this error message: cannot delete #secureinclude.ebaystatic access is denied. Make sure that the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is currently in use. The file in this folder is: settings.sol 1 KB. I tried methods described in other posts as the start in safe mode by clicking Properties/Security/Advanced/owner to support, but that has not worked. Allow the boxes are already checked. I have Windows XP Home Edition and I am the only owner/Director. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Cootrain.

Create and boot from a live cd like Ubuntu. You can then delete the file/folder. You can also format the hard drive. The files/folders that you deal with are only cookies and a browser plugin/add-on and are not necessary.  :-)

  • cannot save as # because the file is not found

Using photoshop elements 11 (updates are current) using window 10 operating system... after installation of the updates of Windows 10 (without a restore point saved... yes I'm a fool)... photoshop began to act up.  On all but the drive root (C :), when I put them in a file jpg for editing and then try to save it with a changed name using the command file save as...) I get the message noted.  It makes no sense since I am trying to rename the file by using the Save as command for a new unique name.  The Save command works fine as long as I don't have to rename the file.  The previously described problem does not happen if I do this using the main C: drive, but it occurs on all the other drives. E:, W:, Z; J: etc.  I can't restore so I went to reinstall photoshop like my only option unless someone has a solution.   Thank you

Reinstalled Photoshop elements 11 with no changes or improvements to the problem.  I've found a workaround which is a pain in the Azz...

Whenever I have photoshop edit a JPG image, I always hit "save under" and add an E in the back of the name of the image... it always worked well until recently (as explained above)... to get the message "can not save as # because the file is not found". ""   The workaround works is that a PAIN is to type "E.jpg" instead of just "E"...

  • It cannot save preferences because the file is locked?

Whenever I run the Photoshop application I have to charge third party extensions and redo the preferences settings.

When I left, I get a warning icon.

Could not save preferences because the file is locked, you don't have the necessary access permissions or another program is using the file. Use the "Get Info" command in the Finder to make sure that the file is unlocked and you are authorized to access the file.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

Resolved after 8 hours of trying.

Hold down the "Command" 'option' and 'Shift' and open Photoshop. It will ask you if you want to delete the settings. Say Yes. You need to reset everything but it clears the problem instantly.

  • Want to edit a PDF file and save it to the same folder

I have PDF files that have been scanned in, unfortunately some of them are upside down that it will be difficult for the data entry clerks enter.  I just want to be able to rotate and save the PDF files to the same folder.  When I try to save the file after I straightened, I get the error message below.  I can do what I want.  I can save to a different file, but it's tedious as whenever I have to locate the file moving through the directory tree.   Committed to the seizure data doesn't have access to the single Reader Acrobat XI.

    I have

Try turning off the preview in your windows Explorer window. The file is open, it is perhaps the reason why that acrobat cannot write to it.

  • the Save button opens a file instead of save the download

When I want to upload a file I navigate to the folder where I want the file to be saved and click 'Save', it opens the folder at the top of the list, instead of simply to save the file. I do not have the folder selected, and if I did, I should have a button 'Open' or 'open file '.

Finally, it saves the file when I'm in a directory without subfolders. Not only is it annoying, but if I'm in a directory with a deep folder structure, I can hit save a bit until finally, it allows to save. so of course I have to go through the hassle of opening up my file manager and move the download to where I want to.

This problem started in the last 12 hours or less.

Without thinking about it my account managers do not have save buttons; copy or cut buttons sometimes well. If you want to seek the help of other Firefox users volunteer their time to try to help you, perhaps you should reconsider your attitude and bite your tongue rather than repeatedly criticizing and insulting.

The downloads work fine for me, it is tested on different operating systems and combinations of version of Firefox including testing a Canonical build 50.0.2 on Ubuntu.

Have you tested in Firefox Safe mode

Maybe for example your obsolete Mozilla Archive Format 4.0.1 is involved in the problem.

I leave it to others to keep up with this.

  • Firefox PDF viewer (plugin) corrupts the files to download

There is a bug report. We found that files opened in the integrated Viewer (plug-in) PDF can be damaged when downloading using the icon "Download" on the upper right corner of the Firefox screen. When attempting to open one of these damaged using Acrobat files, you receive this error message:

"There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and cannot be repaired. »

If we instead to download the file by clicking right into the plugin viewer and select "Save Page as..." ' the file is downloaded intact.

Hello ClayH, a fix for this problem should happen in firefox 26. in the meantime, you could also install the current development version of the pdf viewer, which is available as addon from http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/extensions/firefox/pdf.js.xpi and that should already contain the fix.

  • In Windows Live Mail if you open an attachment, then hit 'save' where will the file?

I have Windows 7, I use windows live mail. Sometimes I get the attachments, Word, Excel, ect. If I opened the mail document and press 'Save' I can't find out where it records. It does not save in any file temp that I see.

    Help, please.

The file will be located in a folder somewhere in
    C:\Users\ (YourAccount) \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
    Files\

    "\AppData" is normally hidden
"\Temporary Internet Files" is normally only hidden protected by operating system
    file

You need to remove the check mark (if they are hidden) in Windows Explorer:
Organize - See the file & search - Options

    Good luck to find, however.

The right way is to save the first attachment and open it
the location of recording, if you want to change.

  • How to save and delete the file

Hi, I'm really confused on how to use my computer. When I save the files that they disappear. Say if I record a song that it does not record the "music" file I only find under downloads. I also have a bunch of pictures I want to delete and I don't know how. Also open PDF files full screen and I don't want them that way. How can I fix it? :(

When you delete a file from your computer, it is actually just moved to the trash, where it is temporarily stored until the Recycle Bin is empty. This gives you an opportunity to recover accidentally deleted files and bring back them to their original location.
