• How to warn the user that the application is about to disconnect automatically?

  If a user leaves his workstation unattended for a certain period of time, the Apex application disconnects automatically from the server.  The user is not warned about this and if they attempt to save some data on the current page, they don't realize that their data was not recorded until they click on the "Save" button.  At this point, the values of page element empty out and they realize that their data has not been saved.  It is the current page allows many lines to affix and the user can waste a lot of time entering data which will fall into the compartment bits.

  Is it possible to make my Apex application notify the user that the application has been automatically disconnected?

  Better yet, the user can be notified that the app is about to disconnect and the opportunity to extend their session?

  What APEX version do you use?

  While approach posted will work subsequently, it's like making three left turns around the block;

  instead of making a single term of law.

  Place the SQL desired in a procedure (FIND_LOCKER) owned by the extremely privileged schema; then do as below

  GRANT EXECUTE ON FIND_LOCKER TO OPERATOR_USER;

  You can set an end_date for these users (if possible) - how end-Date/remove a user of Applications [1064798.1 ID]

  There is another way through profile options, but I can't share it here since it is not supported.

  The following SQL statement will give you the APP_USER which is an environmental variable in the APEX:

  SELECT v('APP_USER') FROM DUAL;
  

  See if it works. As I used the syntax given in the triggers to record audit trail above and it works fine.

  I use the wwv_flow_fnd_user_api to build screens to create, modify, and remove users from the application.
  
  So far, it all worked ok - I was able to build screens to create, edit and delete users, but I have a problem with the change of password.

  You should stick with the documented API as much as possible, for example, apex_util.reset_pw and apex_util.edit_user.

  The reset_pw procedure generates a random password and automatically sends it to the user, as well as the text of the message you provide.

  I need to see your code to try to debug the problem edit_fnd_user.

• Hyperion Planning command utility charge - members of the order

  Hello friends,

  We have recently upgraded to Hyperion Planning (pubic sector planning and budgeting) 11.1.2.3 and begin to use the contour load utility to update the attributes of some members of a dimension.  The utility does not work as expected and the attributes are updated to the new values.  However, it seems an unexpected consequence of this, the order of the members is going on in the sketch?  Members remain under the same parent, but go further in the list of members under this parent.

  Is anyone else noticing this?  If so, any ideas on how to update a lot of attributes without moving positions members within the outlines?

  We are loading a file .txt with only two headings: (1) the dimension that we are loading (2) the attribute name, we update.  I was told that I have no need to include the Parent only the Dimension must be defined in the header.  Example:

  Position, STATUS of PN

  01614, STATUS OF PN: I

  04989, PN STATUS: HAS

  05933, STATUS OF PN: P

  04637, STATE OF PN: P

  I do not use MXML or MobileApplication, but maybe this will help you.

  The NativeApplication object will assign an InvokeEvent then maybe you can listen to just for her.  In a pure AS3 application, it is sent on the PlayBook.
